Noah helped us and he was very nice and Billy (the owner) came and introduced himself. Long story short, a piece was left off our delivery. My husband and I went back and forth on the piece (he wanted it, I didn't), but we decided to go ahead and get it. When we received our delivery, it was not there. We looked at our receipt and it specifically said it was without that piece of the couch. We couldn't get ahold of Billy, our delivery drivers left (who were awesome) and we figured we weren't going to get it. We had absolutely no recourse because our receipt did not include that item, which we didn't notice until delivery day. Once the guys got back, they talked to Billy, called us and said it was absolutely ours, so we came to pick it up. The integrity Billy showed is beyond appreciated and noticed. From start to finish, everything they said they would do, they honored... not only in price and delivery date, but even with a small slip-up. We will 100% come back. Highly recommend.

We spent a couple of hours in there trying out beds and we finally picked out the Beautyrest Audrina Plush Pillow Top. The pricing signs on all the beds were extremely confusing and I commented on that to Pam. My wife and I have spent most of the last month looking at beds from a number of different stores, so we were pretty well versed on the process and how pricing works. We were looking to purchase only the mattresses, without box springs, because we are going to purchase an adjustable bed frame (split king) from another manufacture (that Mattress King doesn't carry). Pam said that the pricing would be cheaper without the box springs. The pricing on the signs said that the mattress would be $450 for each piece. I had assumed that this would have meant that the price for the mattress and box spring would have been $900. So since we needed two Twin XL's she quoted us the 900$ for both mattresses (plus tax). We told her that we wanted to go to lunch and think about it, and spend a little time doing reviews on Mattress King (which there are hardly any). We decided to go ahead with the purchase and returned after lunch to finalize the deal. Pam closed the deal with us and charged our credit card the 900$ (plus tax) for 2 Twin XL mattresses. So she had plenty of time to think about it while we were gone for the 2 hours. We felt good about our purchase. A couple of hours later, after we got back home, Pam called us and told us that she had made a mistake, and that the owner had said that she couldn't sell us just the mattresses at the 450$ price. She said that the 450$ price was only if you had purchased the box springs as well in a set. Meaning that we would have had to purchase 2 sets of twin xl box springs and mattresses for a total of 1800$ (plus tax). She said that it was her mistake, and that they would lose money on the deal. She said the owner would sell us the mattresses only for 600$ each (so 1200 total for 2 of them that we needed), which was 300$ more than what we initially agreed on. Needless to say, we were highly upset. The signs are clearly misleading. No where on the sign does it say that you HAVE to purchase both the mattress and the box springs to get that listed price. In fact the signs say $450 for "each piece". We have been shopping at many other stores, and most of the stores will have the prices clearly listed as the price with and without the box spring. I knew these signs were confusing, that is why we pointed that out to her initially, and wanted to make sure from the beginning that we were getting the mattress "only" price. We also made it very clear that this was for an adjustable bed, so we would not need the box spring. Needless to say we were highly disappointed. I feel like this was a bait and switch tactic of some sort. Pam repeated over and over that this was her mistake, and that there was nothing she could do about it. She also tried to blame it on a car accident that left her with ADHD.. Whatever that means. A salesperson/manager as she claimed, with 10 years experience at that store, should be more than familiar with the pricing structure and how to put to the sale together. She also had 2 hours to figure out that she made a mistake before we came back to complete the purchase. Unacceptable. Truth be told, we would have probably still purchased the mattresses at the higher price, as long as we had been told that from the beginning. But this left such a bad taste in our mouths that we decided to cancel the order based on principal. I made it pretty clear to them their signs were confusing and misleading, and that it would be in their best interest to fix them. This all seems deceptive to me, and my wife and I will not recommend this place to anyone looking to purchase a mattress. We will choose to make this purchase at another mattress store, even if it means it is for more money. IMHO.. the mattress buying process and experience as well as the mattress industry is probably the worst thing I have ever had to go through as a consumer. The whole industry is pretty much geared to screw the consumer. I hope we find what we are looking for soon, because I would not want to wish this experience on anyone.

You wouldn't buy a car without test driving it first right?" After about 3 sofas it seemed like he was just rushing and trying to get me to buy anything! I then pulled up a photo of a sofa I saw on their website but they didn't have it in-stock. He turns around and gets someone else who said it'll be here in a few days and "coincidently" they only ordered "one" and insisted I need to go ahead and put it on hold if I really wanted it... Didn't your colleague JUST say "You wouldn't buy a car without test driving it first right?" They pressured me to buy to the point where I began to feel uncomfortable. It was pretty sad! They bragged and boasted about how they can beat any furniture company and their prices are the lowest, which is debatable, but came off too strong for me. After 3 more times of asking "are you sure you don't just want to buy this one today", "there's no telling when we will have it again this one sells fast", "the price could go up $100 if you try to come back and buy it" and a million other bs sales lines... I told them thank you and jetted out of there. I went to another furniture store across town and had a much more pleasant experience. I told them I was browsing and they respected that. I was able to walk around and look at my own pace. They also had some of the same brands at a lower price as well. Try to actually listen to your potential customers and don't be so pushy.

We were looking for soft, relatively inexpensive mattresses, because they're for our kids, and he directed us to a great mattress in our price range and did not try to upsell us. We tried out the Purple mattress for fun, and our kids mentioned that they wished they could take home the Purple gel flex sample. Justin then went in the back and got us some samples of the Purple gel flex that the company had dropped off for the store so they kids could take them home and it made their day. It's been more than a year since we purchased a full bedroom set and Nectar mattress. When we were…read morein the store customer service was good and they were very helpful. From that point on the service has been terrible. We have always been the ones to initiate contact with the store, whether it is to check on if our furniture was in and with later issues we had with the furniture being damaged. Twice now when we've called to check on if the furniture was in yet they had told us, Oh yes, it's in our warehouse, but yet no one had called to set up a delivery time. After the first delivery, the top of our chest of drawers was completely cracked, the nightstand had a paint drip on it, and the side rail for the king size bed had a large chunk of wood out of it. The delivery guys said that a manager would call us on Monday. We waited patiently more than a week and never heard back from anyone at the store. We called and the manager said that the pieces would be re-ordered, didn't seem phased by the fact that we had so much damage and never apologized or even seemed concerned that we had issues. We again waited months and never heard from the store. We called again and were told oh yes, it's in but again no one called us to set up a delivery time. They brought the furniture out. The side rail again was broken and the nightstand was so damaged that the drawer couldn't even be pulled out. The furniture was again taken back and no one called us to let us know what they were going to do. My husband again called and was told that it would be re-ordered. We waited again for the furniture never hearing from the store and then my husband again calls and they said yes it's available and it's in the warehouse. We were told a manager was going to come out and he never showed up or called. We waited a while and then again my husband called and the manager again said yes that he was going to come out on the Saturday but again he never showed up or called. We spent a lot of money but once they had our money, apparently that's where their customer service ends. I was looking forward to having a local furniture company that I could use, but I would not recommend this business to anyone.

Staff were always friendly and helpful, and they allowed me to browse without any pressure to buy. On my second visit, I made my first purchases. The furniture arrived on time and was delivered with no issues. I recommended a friend, and they were equally satisfied. I went back and made my second purchase, a couch. It arrived on time and of course delivered on time without any issues. I loved it so much that I went back that same week to get the whole sectional, but I was worried that it would not arrive in time for my housewarming party. I called Patrick to check on the delivery status. From our conversation, I was sure it would not arrive when I needed it. After looking into it, Patrick said he would call me back. Within the hour, Patrick called back and said, "you will have it before the weekend". I was ecstatic. It took less than a week to arrive and I could not have been more pleased with delivery and customer service. The deliver guys set it up the way I wanted it. I called Aarons the next day on 11\11\19 and explained the situation to the manager Dave and he said someone would be coming out in the next few days to take pics and they would get another ordered. We still have 6 months to pay on it so it is still under warrenty. I never heard from Dave and no one ever came to take pics. Over the next month I had called at least 15 more times and still no one ever came to take pics nor did we get a new mattress or a phone call. They sure kept taking my payments out though. Finally I had enough and went into the store on 12\15\19 and spoke to Dave face to face and he assured me he was ordering the bed right then and I emailed him pics that I had taken myself.I really didn't believe him this time because he had continued lying to me over and over for over a month already telling me he would order one the next day, week by week. We finally got a mattress on 12\20\19 and it was not the same brand or even the same type of mattress. They brought us a Woodhaven pillow top spring mattress. We got the gel memory foam because that was what my wife had researched and that was what she needed for her back. I again call Dave and told him we needed one like the original one we picked out and that this mattress simply was not working for us because of my wifes back. The call ended with him telling me he didn't have to do shit for me and hanging up on me. We have submitted complaints to corporate and got no reply, we have called corporate and no one answers the phone. So here I am already $1,200 in for a mattress we can not sleep on. Again we never had a problem with this store when the old manager was here, I have never had such poor customer service! their motto is definatly NOT the customer is always right. I guess they think they can just keep putting me off until its paid off seeings how I only have a few months left and then they wont be accountable. well I got news for them because next call is going to be to the local news!
