I specially told the salesman I was looking for a small sectional or a sofa with a chaise in the color grey. He showed me around in a hurry and said "Sit down, try them out! You wouldn't buy a car without test driving it first right?" After about 3 sofas it seemed like he was just rushing and trying to get me to buy anything! I then pulled up a photo of a sofa I saw on their website but they didn't have it in-stock. He turns around and gets someone else who said it'll be here in a few days and "coincidently" they only ordered "one" and insisted I need to go ahead and put it on hold if I really wanted it... Didn't your colleague JUST say "You wouldn't buy a car without test driving it first right?" They pressured me to buy to the point where I began to feel uncomfortable. It was pretty sad! They bragged and boasted about how they can beat any furniture company and their prices are the lowest, which is debatable, but came off too strong for me. After 3 more times of asking "are you sure you don't just want to buy this one today", "there's no telling when we will have it again this one sells fast", "the price could go up $100 if you try to come back and buy it" and a million other bs sales lines... I told them thank you and jetted out of there. I went to another furniture store across town and had a much more pleasant experience. I told them I was browsing and they respected that. I was able to walk around and look at my own pace. They also had some of the same brands at a lower price as well. Try to actually listen to your potential customers and don't be so pushy.

From that point on the service has been terrible. We have always been the ones to initiate contact with the store, whether it is to check on if our furniture was in and with later issues we had with the furniture being damaged. Twice now when we've called to check on if the furniture was in yet they had told us, Oh yes, it's in our warehouse, but yet no one had called to set up a delivery time. After the first delivery, the top of our chest of drawers was completely cracked, the nightstand had a paint drip on it, and the side rail for the king size bed had a large chunk of wood out of it. The delivery guys said that a manager would call us on Monday. We waited patiently more than a week and never heard back from anyone at the store. We called and the manager said that the pieces would be re-ordered, didn't seem phased by the fact that we had so much damage and never apologized or even seemed concerned that we had issues. We again waited months and never heard from the store. We called again and were told oh yes, it's in but again no one called us to set up a delivery time. They brought the furniture out. The side rail again was broken and the nightstand was so damaged that the drawer couldn't even be pulled out. The furniture was again taken back and no one called us to let us know what they were going to do. My husband again called and was told that it would be re-ordered. We waited again for the furniture never hearing from the store and then my husband again calls and they said yes it's available and it's in the warehouse. We were told a manager was going to come out and he never showed up or called. We waited a while and then again my husband called and the manager again said yes that he was going to come out on the Saturday but again he never showed up or called. We spent a lot of money but once they had our money, apparently that's where their customer service ends. I was looking forward to having a local furniture company that I could use, but I would not recommend this business to anyone.

They don't hover and make you feel hunted like other furniture stores yet they're always ready to help and check on you often. We even sat down with a few of them for a while and had good laughs with them. They're honest, affordable, and willing to do what is needed to help you find what you're looking for. We left the first time we went so we could shop around at other places but quickly realized this is the place to go with the best prices so we returned to make our purchases. What a great group! I cannot recommend them enough. Don't waste your time or money anywhere else.

I purchased a couch and rug on May 19 and was told they would be delivered on June 10. A few days before delivery, I was informed the couch was delayed by two weeks. Since then, the delivery date has continued to change--from late June to July 4, then July 6--with no proactive communication from the store. Every update has required me to call and ask for information myself. What has been most disappointing is the lack of transparency. After multiple conversations, I was told that the vendor supplying the couch has a history of delays and ongoing issues. Had that been disclosed at the time of purchase, I could have made an informed decision about whether to proceed with the order. Instead, it feels as though making the sale was prioritized over providing realistic expectations. Communication has been inconsistent throughout this process. Different information has been provided at different times, and when previous statements were questioned, I often received lengthy explanations rather than clear answers. I was even accidentally contacted and given information regarding another customer's couch order. That raised serious concerns about the store's organization and handling of customer information. To make matters more frustrating, I was offered a "loaner" couch until my order arrives. While I understand the intent, I did not pay for a temporary couch--I paid for the couch I selected and was promised would be delivered weeks ago. After more than a month of delays, shifting timelines, and poor communication, I still do not have the furniture I purchased. Customers deserve honest timelines, transparent communication, and accurate information before making a major purchase. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

    we have been renting from this particular Aaron's for over 10 yrs, giving them thousands of…read moredollars, and have never had such awful, rude, and unprofessional customer service! we got a simmons beautyrest gel memory foam bed from them not quite a yr ago. we needed a new mattress because my wife has a lot of back problems. the mattress was fine until we got in bed one night and the inner coils had given out and there was a huge dip in the middle of the bed. I called Aarons the next day on 11\11\19 and explained the situation to the manager Dave and he said someone would be coming out in the next few days to take pics and they would get another ordered. We still have 6 months to pay on it so it is still under warrenty. I never heard from Dave and no one ever came to take pics. Over the next month I had called at least 15 more times and still no one ever came to take pics nor did we get a new mattress or a phone call. They sure kept taking my payments out though. Finally I had enough and went into the store on 12\15\19 and spoke to Dave face to face and he assured me he was ordering the bed right then and I emailed him pics that I had taken myself.I really didn't believe him this time because he had continued lying to me over and over for over a month already telling me he would order one the next day, week by week. We finally got a mattress on 12\20\19 and it was not the same brand or even the same type of mattress. They brought us a Woodhaven pillow top spring mattress. We got the gel memory foam because that was what my wife had researched and that was what she needed for her back. I again call Dave and told him we needed one like the original one we picked out and that this mattress simply was not working for us because of my wifes back. The call ended with him telling me he didn't have to do shit for me and hanging up on me. We have submitted complaints to corporate and got no reply, we have called corporate and no one answers the phone. So here I am already $1,200 in for a mattress we can not sleep on. Again we never had a problem with this store when the old manager was here, I have never had such poor customer service! their motto is definatly NOT the customer is always right. I guess they think they can just keep putting me off until its paid off seeings how I only have a few months left and then they wont be accountable. well I got news for them because next call is going to be to the local news!
