We were highly impressed with the quality of the furniture, the selections and the wonderful customer service. Some of the items you buy directly from the floor, others you can have custom made and delivered to your house. We never felt pressured by the employees but they were very be very helpful and knowledgeable. We asked about a couple pieces and they were able to tell us where they were made, from what materials and the colors they came in. We will defiantly be back!!!

We walked into the store and were greeted right away. They allowed us to walk around and take our time. Noah helped us and he was very nice and Billy (the owner) came and introduced himself. Long story short, a piece was left off our delivery. My husband and I went back and forth on the piece (he wanted it, I didn't), but we decided to go ahead and get it. When we received our delivery, it was not there. We looked at our receipt and it specifically said it was without that piece of the couch. We couldn't get ahold of Billy, our delivery drivers left (who were awesome) and we figured we weren't going to get it. We had absolutely no recourse because our receipt did not include that item, which we didn't notice until delivery day. Once the guys got back, they talked to Billy, called us and said it was absolutely ours, so we came to pick it up. The integrity Billy showed is beyond appreciated and noticed. From start to finish, everything they said they would do, they honored... not only in price and delivery date, but even with a small slip-up. We will 100% come back. Highly recommend.

When no one approached us to help, we slowly walked through the store, stopping at a lot of the displays, sitting, checking tags, talking between us about what we liked. There were several other customers in the store and several staff that appeared to be engaged with them, but no one ever acknowledged our presence. Though it certainly shouldn't matter, we were dressed nicely, didn't have horns, weren't terrorists, nothing that would have discouraged anyone in a sales position from welcoming us. After 20-25 minutes going through the store, we sat for a while at a display towards the front, talking about what we'd liked and what next steps might be. Still no one acknowledged our presence at all. A young man in a green shirt with a name tag that was obviously on staff walked by us, looked at us, and: Just. Kept. Walking. Seriously. Based on our experience, if you want to walk around in a large room of nice looking patio furniture, Paddy O' might be a place to spend a few minutes.
