My wife and I purchased a piece from Value Furniture that was in pretty good shape, but had a couple of blemishes. The sales person assured us that their touch up guy is "the best in the business" and that when they deliver the piece it will be fully touched up and look brand new! However, this promise was certainly not kept. As far as delivery goes, the company first said they would be there on Monday, so my wife and I planned our night around them coming and then they called and canceled. They rescheduled for Tuesday. The next day rolls around and the same thing happens...they call an hour AFTER the scheduled delivery time to say they will not be there until the next day. So now, our third delivery attempt comes around and they FINALLY made it three hours LATER than scheduled. Not only did the piece show up with the exact same blemishes, but apparently it got a couple new ones while in transit. Then, to top it all off, one the the knobs had completely fallen off and the delivery guys had to go find it rolling around in the truck. They handed me the knob and said I "can probably find a way to reattach it by going to Home Depot." I was very impressed with the in-store experience, but have been incredibly disappointed in their follow through and delivery. Highly doubtful that I ever shop here again.

We've now had two interactions with Mattress Firm in Cool Springs, both very positive. If you're…read moreinterested in a high-end mattress that will change your life, this is the place to buy it! We purchased a Tempurpedic mattress here a decade ago and it will last forever. It's essentially like sleeping on a cloud. When we're on vacation, even in the nicest hotels with excellent beds, we wish we were back home sleeping on that mattress! This week, we returned to purchase a new base for our bed. It was time for an upgrade. Again, if you want a high-end adjustable base for your mattress, this is the place to get it! The base we bought is adjustable at the head, feet, and lumbar regions, and with a push of a button on the remote, users can set two favorite combinations of these three settings. There is a massage feature, and the base even reports your sleep habits directly to your phone. There is a white noise feature, and an anti-snore feature that either adjusts your position or vibrates (or both) to stop the snore. One of the more amazing characteristics is an alarm feature that gradually wakes you up earlier than your alarm if you're not fully asleep but leaves you alone if it senses that you're in a deep sleep, waking you up at the moment you've set the alarm. You can control everything from the remote or from an app on your phone, and the base even connects to your WiFi and Amazon's Alexa if you have one! Store employees were very helpful and gave us time to explore by ourselves without being pushy in the slightest. Delivery was made within 24 hours, and two polite gentlemen set up the base in about 15 minutes!

Shopping for a mattress is stressfully and equivalently like shopping for a used car. You always…read morefeel like they screwed with you after spending thousands. The mattress industry really earned a greasy reputation over the years. The salesman at Sleep Outfitters changed my view. Buying a mattress and foundation from here is like shopping at an Apple Store. We only had a few minor hiccups on installation (see details below). However, based on my overall experience, I did not deduct any stars. An interesting point, I was not looking to shop at Sleep Outfitters. I was actually looking for another store and went in there by mistake. I never did make it to another store. PLUS, they take proper COVID precautions and we do not shop anywhere that does not take (through real actions) the pandemic seriously. The sales people were fantastic and patient as we explored going between a hybrid mattress with an adjustable foundation (base). As we just hit our 50's, w found a need to really invest in a solid solution to improve our sleep. They were not pushy and understood that I would not be making a $6,000 plus decision on an impulse and would need to sleep on it. Knowing that, they were still incredibly helpful. The store is very low frustration, well organized, and is like shopping very high end. The only issue we hit was with the installation. Delivery was very fast at just two days. However, when installing our tempur ergo base, the delivery team 1) did not screw in the legs all the way, 2) did not really fit the base within the frame appropriately (my opinion), and 3) did not fully install one of the under bed lights (different color temperature and left it hanging). The tech support from the store was great (thank you Austin) as he got me additional legs immediately. I managed to fit the bed better within the frame myself and I still need to resolve the under-bed light issue after I read the manual and do some research. Minor issues really. Just be on the lookout during installation. Overall 5 stars for sales, delivery, and post installation support. As an FYI, I do not personally know anyone who works at this store or for the company.

This is a business is "for the trade" only, so you have to be referred by your interior designer,…read morecontractor, etc. We were referred by a sales person at Nashville Stone, (right next to Ferguson - I think that was the name of the stone place), and this place offers everything. This is not where you go if you are looking for the cheapest carpet or tile, but if you are doing a serious remodel and in search of the Sluter system for new construction showers, tons of tile and accent trim pieces, then this is it. Our sales consultant was very nice, and did not complain at all when our selections and conversations continued past closing time. We didn't mean to make him late, but you can tell they really cared about answering questions, etc. and were juggling a larger than expected amount of Saturday afternoon customers. If you are combing through Lowe's, and thinking to yourself - they just don't have what I saw on HGTV last night - you're right. Prosource has what you're looking for, so give them a visit.

Then we were told that it didn't ship due to 'interfacing', and they would 'follow up first thing on Monday'. Emails and texts requesting information went unanswered by Lauren Schlieser (Showroom Manager. Really??), for the most part. When we asked on 7/11 if it could be expedited, we were told we'd have to pay extra, even though it was promised on the 7th and never arrived. Emails regarding shipping were ignored on 7/14. When we FINALLY received the flooring, on THE FIFTEENTH, the response was "Great. So sorry for all the confusion". CONFUSION? Regardless, the 'Customer Service' was horrific, to say the least. Never again. This was for a commercial project, and the flooring NEEDED TO BE in by Friday, the 11th, at THE LATEST. That is precisely why we ordered it so early. Never doing business with this company again. Lesson learned - next time we'll go straight to the source - Interface.
