I purchased their most expensive line with a pillow top about a year/year and a half ago. I called about it and was told that is normal and to sleep on it for a couple months but to make sure I followed the flipping schedule. We followed the schedule still no change. We bought a mattress cover with more lining. That didn't change it. We purchased a 2.5 in foam mattress pad, that didn't change it. Both my wife and I get the worst sleep we have ever gotten in our lives. She flips from side to side I. The middle of the night but can only manage to stay on one side for about 30 minutes before the pain causes her to flip the other way. We went from a sterns and foster to this. The salesman that showed me the beds told me this is far superior to sterns and foster and we will get 3 times the about of life because you sleep on both sides of the mattress. I'm guessing that the bed probably would last for 45 years because I think the springs are coated in concrete so they will never give out. You may be asking why I didn't just take them up on the 1 year love it guarantee. The reason is because you still have to pay additional money to use that. What would I drop another $500 for what I believe will just be another crappy mattress. Instead I am taking that $500 adding another $2000-$2500 and buy a sterns and foster which is what I should have done in the beginning. Worst mattress I have ever bought. Their commercials are complete and total lies. Maybe if you are used to sleeping on crap then it would be a good purchase but if you are used to a higher end mattress, stay with what you know!

This kind of disintegration is pretty remarkable. I did not and have not used my mattress in any way other than what it was made for: sleep. I rotated it religiously. Still, it sagged. I contacted Leesa via their online support system in late June 2019 and said: look, this is a problem. I've had a LOT of trouble actually getting them to respond, but when I did they asked for photos of something like 5 different set ups of my bed. I did what I could: I did their broom-across-the-mattress to show the indentation. It's pretty noticeable. It's very clear. What I am NOT able to do is rip apart my bed to show them the structure underneath. Nowhere on Leesa's website does it say I am obligated to use only a certain type of structure lest I void my warranty; this kind of effort on MY, the customer's, part is beyond unnecessary. A mattress company should be able to send people over to handle this for me; the problem is your product. The burden should be on YOU, Leesa. And I certainly do not want a replacement of this same junky mattress. I am pretty disgusted with Leesa's lack of effort to make this right. Top it all off? When I FIRST received the mattress? It had a ripped cover. It took nearly a month for them to send a replacement. And their reviews on their site? They don't let you write them after a few weeks of ownership -- links to write expire.

We received a call today from Adrian or somebody stating his manager told him to call. Our furniture didn't make on the truck to be shipped, and they will not be able to deliver until Saturday 3-20-26 moving day or the day after we move 3-21-26. This is unacceptable, and its definitely not white glove service. We have no idea when the deliver will happen, they are unable to give us a window of time. We now have to hope and pray the deliver is not the same time when the movers, ADT and the cable company will be there!! Only apology, sorry for the inconvenience. Our only option is to wait or cancel the order. We spent an entire day looking for the right living room and dining room set amongst all the other things. I feel like this is not White Glove services this is poor glove service. This is why I like my role as an influencer; to go on social media websites and give a review of my experience.
