The aisles are kind of tight because there's so much stuff. They have bracelets, crystals, incense, figurines and statues, evil eye decor, and so much more. There are low and high price points in here. So I'm sure it's something for everyone! The lady at the counter was very nice. There's a man walking around trying to look busy, but it's obvious he's making sure no one is stealing. I think they're the owners. Normally I'd be a little offended, but it's a lot of people in there and a lot of stuff. So I'm sure there's a reason behind it. This is a nice store and if you're interested in this kind of stuff, I definitely recommend stopping by!!

There are swords, kimonos, kendo sticks, pocketknives, statues, incense, pendants with actual creepy-crawlies inside, etc. Lots of spirituality-related materials. Plenty of animal-themed stuff as well. I have found a few things here that I really like. Be careful on some of the very narrow aisles as there are a lot of breakable things, so don't swing your purse or heavy coats around. Or flail your arms wildly like I do for no apparent reason. You'll certainly be paying for something. Otherwise, It's a neat place for some cool finds. Scorpion necklace and wolf dreamcatcher to name a couple.

When I walked in, I was greeted by two sweet dogs, a Frenchie and a lab, and Olivia (the human lol). I showed Olivia the necklace and explained that I wanted it permanently closed. She handled it so gently and let me know she needed to show it to the head jeweler to discuss pricing. About five minutes later, she came back with the necklace perfectly sealed. The work was flawless. No sloppy welding marks, no visible damage, and no difference in the bar at all. Just precision and care. Then she told me there would be no charge. I honestly had to rush out before I started crying in the middle of the store. Olivia, thank you. You have no idea how much your kindness meant to me today or how much comfort you gave me in helping preserve my mother's memory. I won't forget it. My sister and nephew have the same necklace, and I'll absolutely be recommending Madison Jewelers to them so they can have theirs permanently sealed as well.

I was upfront that I wanted to trade it in toward a new ring for my fiancée and even mentioned I had a 1 kg silver bar to bundle. They offered me $500 for the entire ring. When I pushed back (politely at first), they blamed the J color and some inclusions -- the same stone that was good enough for a $5,860 retail appraisal just a few years ago. $500 is not even close to fair market value for a certified 1.20ct natural diamond in a 14k two-tone setting. I walked away immediately. I understand businesses need margin, but this felt like a pure lowball tactic. If you're thinking of selling or trading jewelry here, be prepared to get insulted on value. The selection in the store looked decent, but after this experience I won't be back and can't recommend them for buying or selling.

As a former long-time Hallmark employee (may Cilla's RIP), I am VERY picky about which locations I will even cross a threshold for. Amy's was one of those locations. I am very happy to say that this location changed in name only. The same helpful, personable and friendly staff are still employed at this store and are never short on warm welcomes when you walk through the doors. I have noted, since the change in ownership, this store seems to be packed with more items - which means you'll inevitably spend more time, and potentially more money. With that said, I never have trouble finding a gift for someone along with the cutest wrapping paper. The only downside to all that stuff - much of which is toddler-friendly - is that I have to drag my child kicking and screaming from the store. My little one would spend hours with the Squishmallows alone! They have literally everything - bath & body items, toys, puzzles and games, clothing and accessories, jewelry, glassware, religious gifts, stationary, sports gifts, home decor, college-logo items, branded gifts - you name it. They also have items in a range of prices depending on budget. The staff will offer very helpful recommendations or guide you to something you wouldn't have thought of if you're stuck for ideas. And of course they have limitless greeting card options and wrappings along with gift cards. The amazing staff and selection make this a place a first stop for me whenever I need a unique or thoughtful gift!

The store looked quite bare and I honestly thought they may be in the process of closing. So today I went in for my 4 year old grandson's birthday for a card and paper. They had zero little boy grandson's birthday cards. A clerk even double checked to see if I missed it. The paper they had was with spiderman, Mario and one other that he has no interest in. I complained when I left how sad this store had gotten. They kept apologizing but that really doesn't help anything. From now on, I will be going to either the store in Great Bridge or over at Providence. I'm done giving them a chance and wasting time and gas
