Lynda and her fabulous team far exceeded our expectations! She was able to cull through the items, help us save what we wanted and needed to save, and then she staged and held a fabulous estate sale. The result was a cleaned out house, a check for the proceeds of the sale, and a friend and businesswoman I shall never hesitate to recommend. If you are looking for someone to help you with your Estate Sale needs - or you are just looking for that perfect piece of furniture or jewelry to add to your "lifetime of treasures" -- call Lynda and Boulevard Treasures.

But a simple sign on the cabinet door would have been way nicer and prevented the need to be rude. There are many excellent Estate sale companies in the area, New Day, C.R.E.S, Randy's, 757, ESV and others, I would avoid Boulevard Treasure sales.

There was no prior indication that the review hours had changed, and I explained that I had rushed to get there based on the hours I had been given. The clerk agreed to allow me to leave my items and briefly explained the process. When I asked her to repeat the explanation, I realized that leaving the clothes would automatically indicate that I accepted their offer. I was not comfortable with that, so I asked to wait instead, which I was allowed to do. My clothes were then piled together, and I was offered $56 for approximately $400 worth of clothing. I asked how many items they intended to keep and was told nine. I decided to decline the offer and thanked the clerk for her time. At that point, she picked up the clothes I had carefully folded and shoved them back into the bag. When I later counted the items, there were actually 13--not nine. The entire experience left me feeling that the process could have been handled much more professionally and transparently. Clear communication about the hours, a straightforward explanation of the process, accurate information about the number of items being accepted, and respectful handling of customers' belongings would have made a significant difference. I understand that a business is not obligated to make an offer that a customer considers satisfactory, but I do expect honesty, transparency, and professionalism throughout the process.
