They have a sign right in the front stating their covid capacity - 161 if I'm not mistaken. There's no way this place wasn't exceeding that. So. Many. People. And when the shelves and walkways are crammed full of stuff, it's just not an ideal shopping situation for me. They did have someone right at the front who was responsible for cleaning carts, which was appreciated. We were on the hunt for a larger piece of furniture. Didn't find what we were looking for, but they have a lot of different styles in chairs, desks, tables etc. I would caution that, if you do find something you like, check it thoroughly before purchasing. Many items seemed to have dents and dings from being on the floor with carts pushing past. This is definitely a spot you might find a treasure, especially in the clearance sections, but it will take some time and effort to find.

I also just learned that they carry the very coveted Rae´Dunn collection. I found this cute accent rug in a beautiful color that matched my livingroom ensemble. It was $24 on sale for $16!! Alex is respectful, knowledgeable, patient, professional, and genuinely kind. From the moment we walked in, he took the time to explain everything step by step, making sure we understood all of our options. We had a difficult time deciding on the right products, but he never once made us feel rushed or pressured. Even if he had other customers or appointments waiting, he never let it show. During our entire visit, we felt like we were his top priority. Unfortunately, this level of customer service has become rare. Alex's passion for helping customers, attention to detail, and professionalism truly set him apart. He is an incredible asset to Bob's Discount Furniture. In my opinion, he has all the qualities of a future District Manager, Regional Manager, or even a corporate executive. Because of the experience Alex provided, I will gladly recommend Bob's Discount Furniture to my family, friends, and members of my church. I'll also encourage them to ask for Alex specifically because I know they will receive the same exceptional service we did. Thank you, Alex, for making what could have been a stressful shopping experience enjoyable and memorable. Bob's Discount Furniture is fortunate to have you on its team.

I came here with my sister and party planner to shop for my daughter's baby shower decor. They have everything here to decorate any place and to throw a party. I was super impressed at the fun snacks and drinks here. There were a lot of drinks you don't normally find in usual stores. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that we needed to check ourselves out. They don't even have a regular checkout with a person at this location. Other than that, it is a great place to shop for any occasion.

Thieves brandishing knives and threats with other weapons just to steal some toothpaste and febreeze. It was fucking ridiculous on a daily basis. I truly feel sorry for the ladies that have to work and close that store late at night. Loss Prevention knows how bad it is their words were " we know about the danger in the area it is our only store in Virginia that we need to hire armed security". They never did and customers and theives continue to walk all over the spineless gutless management. The store is so cluttered and junky I don't know how you would ever shop there. Their entire AC system is falling apart but they won't fix it because the store is in a low income area as opposed to their Virginia Beach location where if the AC was broken they would have it fixed right away for THAT clientele. Coastal cuteness overload!…read more This is such a great find in the heart of Great Bridge, especially if you need a gift for a lover of all things beachy! My mom & I had a girls day Christmas shopping and stopped in here after perusing some other nearby shops. This is located toward the back of a shopping center right near the Locks Bridge. On a busy day, parking here is at a premium as there are many other restaurants and stores in the center. Many spots are monopolized now for curbside pickup at neighboring shops. As soon as you walk into Refreshed, you're overwhelmed by the beautiful blues and whites of coastal decor. It's eye candy, for sure! The staff greeted us right away, asked if we were looking for anything special, and were readily available if we had questions. They offer hand sanitizer at the front door and let you know that they require masks. The 3 staff members we saw all wore masks during our entire visit. They carry Simply Southern clothing and accessory items and have some unique beachy gifts for everyone. I even found some stocking stuffers for my decidedly non-beachy husband (flavored popcorn for the win!). I loved venturing in - I wish I had sooner - and got some great ideas for other family members future gifts. This place is a gem!
