Purchased a bed here with the intention of trying something new. We bought a Purple Hybrid 3 mattress, Lillian helped us. I asked her if we would be able to return the mattress if we did not end up wanting it. She told us that there would be a delivery pick up fee of $99. I asked her if there was a restocking fee. She said it would depend on the manufacturer, Purple. She spoke with her manager and verified that Purple did not charge a restocking fee, so we would not be subject to one. Fast forward two weeks later, we are trying to return this mattress because it is not right for us. Mattress firm is trying to charge us $500 in a restocking fee in addition to the delivery fee. We were directly lied to. Stay away unless you are absolutely sure that you will NOT want to return a purchase. read more

Our old Sleep # bed was beyond overdue to replace, and Fernando helped us pick an outstanding Stearns & Foster. (We liked the reviews of owners online, long term.) My hubby liked a fluffier pillow top that was too soft for me; I liked a "luxury firm eurotop"...but Fernando guided us to a "luxury plush" right in the middle, and we are sleeping better than we have in years. The pillows are really the bomb, and have a "cooling side" that really works, and together the set feels like a supportive, cuddly, hug. Hubby *slept through the night* on night one, for the first time in years...very impressive. I'm sleeping deeper than ever, with more dreams, and waking up so rested. The tencel mattress protector actually sleeps so "cool" that on cooler nights I needed a Sherpa blanket on top of the fitted sheet, but now in summer, it's a perfect, cooling temp. Although the price is WAY more than I ever wanted to spend on a bed, we are satisfied and have the comfort in knowing we have two months to like it or take it back.
