This was my first experience with Banner Mattress and I could not be happier! Let's start with the sales process. Less was great. I went in with something specific in mind and he showed those to me. He also showed me some other options; both more and less expensive. He directed me to a higher quality mattress that was on sale so I ended up spending less than I planned for a better mattress. Now the delivery process. I was called the night before to confirm the delivery date. They called again the day of delivery to confirm the 4hr window. I was given a window from 1p-5p. The delivery driver called just before 2p saying they would arrive in about 23 minutes. They showed up a little earlier than that. The actual delivery and haul away took about 5 minutes. I'm not ready to review the mattress since I want to give it some more time to make sure the quality is as good as it appears. Thank you Lee and Banner Mattress! read more

We bought our dual twin side-by-side adjustable bed to make it a California King and one side would not work. The foot portion did not raise, so we called and Banner sent a repair person who said it could not be fixed. When we wanted to know why he said we had been jumping up and down on the bed and broke the metal part that screwed to the wood. The y refused to fix it or replace it saying it was customer abuse. That is a total lie! We are 60 and 58 years old and I tried to assure them, that we did NOT jump up and down on the bed. We will NEVER do business with Banner Mattress again!!! read more

Each time I have had a need to replace or upgrade a mattress he has made the experience pleasant. No pressure sales, honest opinions, and very little fuss. David is amazing! I know people say this on Yelp, and they are 100% correct! On a whim my husband and I went over to Banner yesterday afternoon and were immediately greeted by David. My husband explained what we were looking for and he directed us to several price levels while explaining in complete detail, the differences and advantages of each. After trying out 2 BANNER made mattresses, we selected a wonderful Ca. king which is being delivered today. David is very good from beginning to end. My husband and I have been shopping for a good/ affordable mattress for about 6 months now. What we were looking for always came out to be out of our price range. Terrible! The mattress we laid on in the store was nothing like the one that was delivered. I specifically asked for a firm mattress. The mattress that came was much softer than the one in the store. The salesmen (one was david and I can't remember the other guys name) were both apathetic. They told me to just "give it time." They convinced me to keep the mattress for a couple months. When I decided enough was enough and the mattress was only getting worse with time I called for help. They said, "sorry, too late, your mattress has expired the 60 day warranty." Did I detect an evil laugh at the end of that statement? Snakes they are! Snakes! I ended up throwing the mattress away and going to a wholesale mattress firm right off the freeway... I forget the name of it but the owner's name was Allen and he was GREAT! Love his mattress and it was a third of the cost. read more

"INVITING" We arrived in the early evening. First thing I noticed is that the outside grounds were clean and inviting. I never so much liked the idea of doing business at a place that can't keep their outside grounds up to par. This store had a nice "inviting" type of feel. Trash in the parking lots and bad grounds keeping is an immediate turn away. No issues here. 31 FLAVORS The inventory here was great! They had options for those who are more budget conscious, and some for those who are able to splurge! They also have great financing options for those looking to go that route. They carry several of the main top brands in the industry. This is the Baskin Robbins of mattress stores guys. Pick your "flavor." SERVICE TO MANY LEADS TO GREATNESS! The service we received from Derek was more than exceptional. From the moment we entered the store, we were properly greeted by Derek. We went in just before Labor Day and met Lee. He was terrific and we decided on the Tempur-Pedic split King ($8500) and went back on 9/2 to sign-up. The computer was down and since... the whole system of people is worse. I talked to the District Mgr (John) who said we need the delivery first and then compensation...(I spent 40 years in Retail Mgmt.) Now 11 days since Labor Day and I am "supposed" to get a call from John sometime tomorrow which who knows what??? My mattress is going to my wife's daughter at 9 am??? Fortunately the costs are on credit cards and it can be cancelled. Unfortunately the Labor Day sale if off and several local retailers are 'off sale'. Doesn't honor Warranties,,,,, Wife and I purchased a King bed from Banner Mattress its great, However we also purchased an adjustable frame made by Nova Model # 5473-22 cost us over $1200.00 after 3 months the frame started making loud cracking noises when i would round over at nite, Called Banner and no its not there problem have to call Nova in New York. first i was told a new motor will be ordered and i tech would come out and check the frame for cracks, 6 week later no word from Nova, called them back and was told the factor had determent that there was no problem with the motor or frame? how no one ever looked at it, Rep said they have had other complains about loud cracking noises but the factory said I must be over weight at 205 lbs and wife 110, So much for the Warranties. Initially I was pleased with the products and services. We came here to purchase a new mattress for our new bedroom furniture. We found a really nice mattress (banner mattress contura latex pillowtop) that we really liked. While we were there talking to the sales rep I asked about the pillows because we wanted new ones too. I inquired about the size of the pillows for the new king size mattress we were purchasing and we were assured king size pillows were available. It wasn't until after we got everything delivered that we realized our sales man sold us Queen size pillows. I don't know about you but if you are ordering a king size mattress and new king size sheets (which include king size pillowcases), you would think you would want king size pillows too. I guess I just trust people too easily if they are nice. Now we are told that the king size pillows are $20 more and when we brought them back to exchange them, the new pillows weren't available so we would have to come back later in the week. Another thing that was misleading was when we purchased the mattress we were told we have 120 days to exchange it for any reason and of course paying the difference if it happens to be more expensive. Nothing was mentioned if you exchanged it for a cheaper mattress. In our case... once we got our new bed and mattress put together we discovered that it's way too tall. We need to go with a thinner mattress. So we pack up the kids for the 3rd time and head back to banner mattress. We find a mattress that will work and it's $500 cheaper than the first one we bought. Now we are being told that we can't do the exchange until we have had the mattress for 30 days AND we are out the money that's the difference since a it's cheaper. Oh and we will have to pay $100 more to have it delivered. Forget the fact that we paid extra for a mattress cover, overprice sheets, and two pillows the complete wrong size. Had we known all of these things to begin with we would have purchased with a bit more caution. Congratulations Banner Mattress, you were able to pull one over on this young family one too many times. I wouldn't trust this company if you are in the market for new bedding. If you have any issues at all it will be at your own risk. Proceed with extreme caution and you better know for sure you will be happy with what you purchase because you will be out a whole lot of money if you don't. read more

I would give our mattress a five stars [Banner brand Anna Plush Cal King] but the integrity of Banner Mattress Company one star. Bought our mattress on Memorial Day. The salesman was very knowledgeable and pleasant but told me the mattress was half price one day only. I asked if the mattress would be full price the next day. He said yes. One month later, the mattress is still half price. I am guessing it's,their "every day low price" . Integrity is everything in sales and the integrity was not their. My wife and I were in the market for a new bed so we decided to stop by Banner Mattress about a week and a half ago. I searched through Yelp and based off the reviews I read, it's what led me here. We were greeted by Lee; he was knowledgeable and provided plenty of info on the beds we were looking at. We knew we wanted something comfy and that would be worth the money. After lying on multiple beds, we decided on the Pro-Adapt Soft Tempur-pedic...it was like resting on a cloud! We wanted the Luxe, but it would not be delivered on time as our home was being packed up for our move to Italy. We were happy with the comfort of the Pro-Adapt though. Both beds are equally awesome! Too bad we won't be sleeping in our new bed for another month since it's on its way to Italy, but we can't wait to finally get a good night's sleep! Thanks to Lee, the bed we purchased was in stock and delivered as promised, on time. I only wish we would have went with the bigger box support for the mattress. We went with the Flat Low Profile box cause we weren't sure on our bed frame slats, turns out the bed frame is low so our bed will be low. Hopefully not too bad though. This mattress is for the unprofessional sale man Dennis I have purchased Tempupedic cloud mattress on 11/10/2015 had a happy experience with Derick, I paid over $2100 for the floor model, I got the mattress yesterday and slept on it last night it was so hot and bad odors and caused my shoulder pain in the morning, so I went back to the store to see if there are anything they can do, i explained the whole thing nicely to Dennis because Derick was off, Dennis became very rude and impatient he slammed my receipt and yelled at me says :" screw you lady you have signed the receipt says no exchange for floor models, so deal with it and get out of my store!" I have never came across such a jerk sales person in my whole life, such bad attitudes should not be working in sales department specially sale high end products! He is a wolf in sheep skin, he was so crazy rude because there was no one else in the store besides us two! THE WORSTE shopping experience ever in History! -5 stars if there's an option! Who wants to spend over $2100 buy something with no purchase guarantees even if there's problems cant even exchange, and with a horrible service experience?
