This was my first experience with Banner Mattress and I could not be happier! Let's start with the sales process. Less was great. I went in with something specific in mind and he showed those to me. He also showed me some other options; both more and less expensive. He directed me to a higher quality mattress that was on sale so I ended up spending less than I planned for a better mattress. Now the delivery process. I was called the night before to confirm the delivery date. They called again the day of delivery to confirm the 4hr window. I was given a window from 1p-5p. The delivery driver called just before 2p saying they would arrive in about 23 minutes. They showed up a little earlier than that. The actual delivery and haul away took about 5 minutes. I'm not ready to review the mattress since I want to give it some more time to make sure the quality is as good as it appears. Thank you Lee and Banner Mattress! read more

We bought our dual twin side-by-side adjustable bed to make it a California King and one side would not work. The foot portion did not raise, so we called and Banner sent a repair person who said it could not be fixed. When we wanted to know why he said we had been jumping up and down on the bed and broke the metal part that screwed to the wood. The y refused to fix it or replace it saying it was customer abuse. That is a total lie! We are 60 and 58 years old and I tried to assure them, that we did NOT jump up and down on the bed. We will NEVER do business with Banner Mattress again!!! read more

This is the third bed we got from Banners in the last 8 years. If you want great customer service ask for Dennis. Each time I have had a need to replace or upgrade a mattress he has made the experience pleasant. No pressure sales, honest opinions, and very little fuss. Not a service you need often, but I will be seeing Dennis again when needed. Strongly recommended. read more

David is amazing! I know people say this on Yelp, and they are 100% correct! On a whim my husband and I went over to Banner yesterday afternoon and were immediately greeted by David. My husband explained what we were looking for and he directed us to several price levels while explaining in complete detail, the differences and advantages of each. After trying out 2 BANNER made mattresses, we selected a wonderful Ca. king which is being delivered today. David is very good from beginning to end. From greeting you, to explaining the design of the mattresses, life expectancy of mattresses, material, warranties and return policies, you feel like you've been taken care of! Even upon checkout, David explains each entry on your invoice. He is thorough and competent and definitely knows his business. Thank you David for making this experience quick and easy! read more

My husband and I have been shopping for a good/ affordable mattress for about 6 months now. What we were looking for always came out to be out of our price range. We can all agree that the way you sleep effects your day which is why we didn't want to settle for less. When we walked into Banner, DENNIS was so helpful. He didn't pressure us into anything. He gave us our space to make our decision and also gave us his honest opinions. He managed to give us everything we wanted and then some for WAY cheaper than any of the competitor prices. Again, we did a lot of research and visited a lot of store but DENNIS, by far gave us the BEST service. He went above and beyond to meet our needs! And the best part was, we were in and out of the store in less than an hour! Seriously, if you're looking to get an affordable, top of the line mattress feel, go to Banner Mattress in Temecula and see DENNIS - he'll make it happen! read more

Dennis was incredibly helpful! We drove down from 30 minutes away, and after visiting a competitor. He was helpful explaining everything and very kind. I would recommend him and would come back again with family! Thank you Dennis! read more

Shopping for a mattress at Banner Mattress in Temecula was a breeze. James Segal, our sales person, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. We needed a new mattress for our guest room. Found a very good, reasonably priced queen, and it was delivered the next day. Great customer service. Would highly recommend! read more

GREAT QUALITY PRODUCTS, SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE: Derek (Ask for this guy, you can message me later and thank me (: Details as to why are mentioned in review. My fiancé and I just had a newborn baby boy! We have found that our little guy is on our bed more often then he is in his bassinet. We also have a two year old daughter who likes to come crawling in to our bed in the early morning when she wakes up in her room. For these reasons, we desperately needed a bigger bed. "INVITING" We arrived in the early evening. First thing I noticed is that the outside grounds were clean and inviting. I never so much liked the idea of doing business at a place that can't keep their outside grounds up to par. This store had a nice "inviting" type of feel. Trash in the parking lots and bad grounds keeping is an immediate turn away. No issues here. 31 FLAVORS The inventory here was great! They had options for those who are more budget conscious, and some for those who are able to splurge! They also have great financing options for those looking to go that route. They carry several of the main top brands in the industry. This is the Baskin Robbins of mattress stores guys. Pick your "flavor." SERVICE TO MANY LEADS TO GREATNESS! The service we received from Derek was more than exceptional. From the moment we entered the store, we were properly greeted by Derek. He was very polite and knowledgeable about all the questions we had. He always displayed a "can do" attitude, which was refreshing. He really paid attention to what our needs were and he met every single one of them and then some. He made sure we got the best deal possible in regards to what we were looking for. He DEFINITELY saved us money. Always nice for a family to save, right? Ask for this guy and he will take care of you. My highest recommendation. I am a firm believer that if you help others get what they want, you are rewarded with the things you want. Derek, I'm sure will have a very rewarding career. Derrick and Megan read more

I would recommend this Banner team to anyone looking to get a new bed or mattress. Lee was our sales person and he was kind, knowledgeable and didn't rush my wife or I as we went back and forth between a couple different options. We had the mattress delivered the same day free of charge. You could even track the delivery team via google maps. Extremely, happy with the entire experience. read more

Terrible! The mattress we laid on in the store was nothing like the one that was delivered. I specifically asked for a firm mattress. The mattress that came was much softer than the one in the store. The salesmen (one was david and I can't remember the other guys name) were both apathetic. They told me to just "give it time." They convinced me to keep the mattress for a couple months. When I decided enough was enough and the mattress was only getting worse with time I called for help. They said, "sorry, too late, your mattress has expired the 60 day warranty." Did I detect an evil laugh at the end of that statement? Snakes they are! Snakes! I ended up throwing the mattress away and going to a wholesale mattress firm right off the freeway... I forget the name of it but the owner's name was Allen and he was GREAT! Love his mattress and it was a third of the cost. read more

Today, I visited my sister in LE and I'm from Orange County. Today, we decided to go shopping for the kids and I wanted to visit Banner Mattress in Temecula to check out the Mattress Protection PureCare FRIO 5-sided Mattress Protector. Guess what?! I saw the Dennis who was from the Moreno Valley Banner Mattress! He is the one who got me my awesome mattress deal last year. I was looking for a mattress protective cover that would regulate and stabilize my body temperature. Dennis knew exactly what I wanted and showed me the PureCare FRIO 5-sided Mattress Protector! He got me a great deal with awesome customer service. Thanks Dennis! read more

We went in just before Labor Day and met Lee. He was terrific and we decided on the Tempur-Pedic split King ($8500) and went back on 9/2 to sign-up. The computer was down and since... the whole system of people is worse. I talked to the District Mgr (John) who said we need the delivery first and then compensation...(I spent 40 years in Retail Mgmt.) Now 11 days since Labor Day and I am "supposed" to get a call from John sometime tomorrow which who knows what??? My mattress is going to my wife's daughter at 9 am??? Fortunately the costs are on credit cards and it can be cancelled. Unfortunately the Labor Day sale if off and several local retailers are 'off sale'. Maybe my attorney will derive a 'just due' since i 'needed' a good mattress since my two hip surgeries last year. Ardon K. read more

So disappointed. On our second banner in 1 year. Never have I been more in pain. Every day my husband and I wake up miserable. We even started sleeping a couple nights in our cheap Ashley furniture guest room mattress. They came out to inspect for defects and of course- nothing they can do. Ready to leave on curb. Never again!!!! read more

Doesn't honor Warranties,,,,, Wife and I purchased a King bed from Banner Mattress its great, However we also purchased an adjustable frame made by Nova Model # 5473-22 cost us over $1200.00 after 3 months the frame started making loud cracking noises when i would round over at nite, Called Banner and no its not there problem have to call Nova in New York. first i was told a new motor will be ordered and i tech would come out and check the frame for cracks, 6 week later no word from Nova, called them back and was told the factor had determent that there was no problem with the motor or frame? how no one ever looked at it, Rep said they have had other complains about loud cracking noises but the factory said I must be over weight at 205 lbs and wife 110, So much for the Warranties. Bought a Temperpedic CA King from Dennis yesterday and had a fantastic experience. We bought it on a Saturday and they delivered it on Sunday - everything went smooth and everyone was a pleasure to deal with. Dennis was patient and knowledgeable about the many types of mattresses and was able to find one we loved. Can't wait to try out our lavender scented pillows too! thanks Dennis! read more

We bought a mattress here 8 months ago and the first one was horrible, we got a exchange for a second one and it's really worse they the first one my back is wasted it has no support whatsoever furthermore the financial agreement is a nightmare the interest rate is skyrocketing to 29% we we're never told this when we signed the contract read more

Initially I was pleased with the products and services. We came here to purchase a new mattress for our new bedroom furniture. We found a really nice mattress (banner mattress contura latex pillowtop) that we really liked. While we were there talking to the sales rep I asked about the pillows because we wanted new ones too. I inquired about the size of the pillows for the new king size mattress we were purchasing and we were assured king size pillows were available. It wasn't until after we got everything delivered that we realized our sales man sold us Queen size pillows. I don't know about you but if you are ordering a king size mattress and new king size sheets (which include king size pillowcases), you would think you would want king size pillows too. I guess I just trust people too easily if they are nice. Now we are told that the king size pillows are $20 more and when we brought them back to exchange them, the new pillows weren't available so we would have to come back later in the week. Another thing that was misleading was when we purchased the mattress we were told we have 120 days to exchange it for any reason and of course paying the difference if it happens to be more expensive. Nothing was mentioned if you exchanged it for a cheaper mattress. In our case... once we got our new bed and mattress put together we discovered that it's way too tall. We need to go with a thinner mattress. So we pack up the kids for the 3rd time and head back to banner mattress. We find a mattress that will work and it's $500 cheaper than the first one we bought. Now we are being told that we can't do the exchange until we have had the mattress for 30 days AND we are out the money that's the difference since a it's cheaper. Oh and we will have to pay $100 more to have it delivered. Forget the fact that we paid extra for a mattress cover, overprice sheets, and two pillows the complete wrong size. Had we known all of these things to begin with we would have purchased with a bit more caution. Congratulations Banner Mattress, you were able to pull one over on this young family one too many times. I wouldn't trust this company if you are in the market for new bedding. If you have any issues at all it will be at your own risk. Proceed with extreme caution and you better know for sure you will be happy with what you purchase because you will be out a whole lot of money if you don't. read more

I saw an ad on our weekly mail for a great Labor Day sale so decided to take a look. Our salesman Dennis was super nice and told us about all the different mattresses and what would work best for my Husband and I. We ended up going with a Banner made mattress, mattress cover and 2 pillows for an amazing price. Well it's been a month later and we love our new bed. Our last one was 10 years old and we couldn't be happier with the new one. Thanks Dennis for great service and thanks Banner for a well made mattress that we hope to have for years to come! read more

We recently purchased a mattress from Dennis. We returned several times and he was very patient and not pushy at all. He was knowledgeable and took the time to answer all our questions...probably answering the same questions more than once since we came back several times in our research to purchase a mattress. We are still in our trial period for our new mattress, but so far, so good. I personally hate it when a sales person is pushy and working with Dennis was very pleasant. Thanks for making the purchase a pleasant one. read more

I would give our mattress a five stars [Banner brand Anna Plush Cal King] but the integrity of Banner Mattress Company one star. Bought our mattress on Memorial Day. The salesman was very knowledgeable and pleasant but told me the mattress was half price one day only. I asked if the mattress would be full price the next day. He said yes. One month later, the mattress is still half price. I am guessing it's,their "every day low price" . Integrity is everything in sales and the integrity was not their. Will not buy from Banner Mattress or recommend based upon non truth on pricing. read more

This was our second time visiting Banner Mattress, as we had purchased a bed for our son awhile ago and we were very impressed with our service and the quality of the mattress at that time. We decided it was time for an upgrade to our own mattress, so we started shopping around. This was our second stop of the day, and Lee from the get go was very knowledgeable, direct and supportive of our needs. We didn't feel any pressure from him to purchase what he thought we needed, instead he listened to our concerns, and guided us to our perfect mattress. Lee's service was exceptional and he really made the process very simple and easy for us. Besides the service, the product is wonderful and you can't beat their warranty! Hands-down the customer service was second-to-none!! Dennis had an amazing phone etiquette which brought us into the store and patiently he spent a solid 2 hours educating us on all of our options. Banner was our first stop to replace a ~15yo mattress. We shopped around, and decided a Banner product was the best fit for us. David and Dennis were very knowledgeable about their product, both Banner and national brands. They didn't push their brand over others; they were looking for a good fit for us. This mattress is for the unprofessional sale man Dennis I have purchased Tempupedic cloud mattress on 11/10/2015 had a happy experience with Derick, I paid over $2100 for the floor model, I got the mattress yesterday and slept on it last night it was so hot and bad odors and caused my shoulder pain in the morning, so I went back to the store to see if there are anything they can do, i explained the whole thing nicely to Dennis because Derick was off, Dennis became very rude and impatient he slammed my receipt and yelled at me says :" screw you lady you have signed the receipt says no exchange for floor models, so deal with it and get out of my store!" I have never came across such a jerk sales person in my whole life, such bad attitudes should not be working in sales department specially sale high end products! He is a wolf in sheep skin, he was so crazy rude because there was no one else in the store besides us two! THE WORSTE shopping experience ever in History! -5 stars if there's an option! Who wants to spend over $2100 buy something with no purchase guarantees even if there's problems cant even exchange, and with a horrible service experience? Do not waste your money in this store you better off go Costco or sears who appreciate and guarantee your purchase! read more
