My boyfriend and I went to purchase our first mattress together because the one we have now is hurting our souls. Anyways, we went for the sale and realized its not sleepys anymore but Mattress Firm. Same people though! Anyways, Daisy was awesome! Look for her if you decide to go here. She's so sweet and she really does help you out! I had concerns but she was understanding and did not force us to purchase something much more expensive. She even tried to help us look at cheaper options (which we didnt go with because the one we bought that day was not comparable) My boyfriend and I have been to a few furniture stores etc. where the sales person is just following you around, being pushy and just trying to make that sale. I wish I could give it a zero. I walked in to purchase a mattress I was told there were sales. To my surprise there were no sales and the sales man ( I say this loosely) was trying to convince me to purchase a mattress to the price of $2,500 dollars. I expressed I wasn't willing to pay that much and he kept pushing for me to take a payment plan. My brother who was with me said we should try somewhere else and if anything we could come back. This sales vulture said well you shouldn't come back since nothing appeals to you. I went else where and found a better mattress $1,800 cheaper. So thank you for sending me away. This is the second time I came to buy a bed my first bed was with my husband two years ago, surprisingly 9/22/12 I bought it and today 9/22/14 I went with my mother in law to buy her bed. Anyhow, both time great costumer service that is why I came back to this location. The mattress professional provided us detailed information about Firm Style Bed which one was the one we were looking for. She made comparison between all bed in this category, gave us time to digest all information, very patient with us at the time to try all beds available, she provided all important information about the credit process and went thru the contract with us. Also, she explained the importance of having the bed cover protector (it has guaranteed too!), gave us tip how to keep the bed in good conditions even though it has 10 years guarantee and she explained how many days we have in order to bring the bed back in case we don't like it or any malfunction the bed may have. Went to Sleepy's to just look at mattresses with my wife. Our saleswomen was great and showed us tons of options. She was also very good at matching the right mattress to our needs. We ended up buying the mattress and getting new pillows. She scheduled us for next day delivery and it didn't happen. When we called up they explained that the sales women didn't schedule the delivery. It's an inconvenience and disappointment that we can't use our new mattress. They have great selection but just double check with them on delivery times. Also return policy is great the pillows we purchased weren't as good as we thought they would be and she went ahead and exchanged them for us. read more

This was my first time shopping for a mattress of my own and wasn't exactly sure what I was looking for. These people are a bunch of rip off's! They sold us a mattresses for $300 over the price that their sister company was selling the same mattress for online. Then they said they had to charge us delivery, but they would throw in a free mattress cover. How is it free when you are charging me $300 more for the same mattress. When confronted they simply said you are right. How do they not have kowledge of the prices their own company is charging?? We are right, but we are still waiting for our refund to our credit card. The sales person's are so unprofessional they argued with a food delivery guy over being charged tax for their lunch while doing our paper work, yet they were over charging their customer $300. Go figure! They had "truck problems' on day of delivery so after wasting a whole day waiting for furniture we had to stay in the next day to do the same thing! I do not recommend this place, do you research and purchasing online, and you don't have to deal with salespeople who are a bunch of liars! read more
