Our sofa bed arrived one month early (the unicorn of furniture delivery stories) and was able to schedule the delivery within days. They gave me a 10am-2pm window, let me know they were 15 min away when I called to ask about status (I had to call bc I had a last minute meeting come up and had to step away), delivered the sofa at around 11am and were in and out in 5-10 min. We absolutely love Calligaris. The furniture, style and quality are all unmatched in our sleek and modern interior design space. The designs are sophisticated, without lacking any functional qualities. Calligaris provide chic and modern furniture, with somewhat acceptable lead times. The staff at Calligaris has always been extremely welcoming, accommodating, helpful and available. We ordered a coffee table from Calligaris during the height of the pandemic supply chain delays for a very important photoshoot. On the day of delivery, we were informed that the coffee table was delayed, we were able to get into touch with Calligaris and the warehouse, who were able to convince a truck and moving team to work longer than their scheduled shift to make an extra trip to deliver our piece on time. Although it was a closer call than we would have preferred, we highly appreciate the dedicated Calligaris team for helping us pull together this important photoshoot. read more

Great shop to grab your best furnitures. I recently moved to NY and was looking for a place to buy my furniture. Items at Calligaris was just perfect. Bought almost all my furnitures from them (bed, dresser, sideboard, media stand, light fixtures, study table, chairs, stools etc) and my place just looks amazing! The store carries beautiful designs from both Calligaris Italy and Camerich Los Angeles -- the aesthetics for both collections are contemporary/retro/modern/sleek and are not exorbitantly priced, especially when you catch them during a sale. They have an in-home design consultation service which is super helpful when putting together a cohesive look for your home, the cost of which is deducted from your furniture purchase. My wife and I stopped by at Calligaris one day after going furniture shopping all day without success as we were attracted by a beautiful couch in the show room. We were impressed by their great design and high quality. We bought a beautiful italian made couch, a light gray wooden entertainment, and an ergonomic extendable dining table with a faux/impossible to damage slate top. The couch was physically made in Italy so we had to wait for few months before getting it but it was worth the wait. Lastly, our salesperson, Joey, was super friendly and competent and helped us choose the best matching furniture for our new home. After my recent experience with Ashley, I feel very compelled to write a review. I would have been so annoyed with me! I was very indecisive, I kept changing my mind, I thought I knew what I wanted, but then I would see something different and change my mind again. I walked into the store at about 11:30am and finally left around 4pm. She had to leave around 1:30 to their other store, Janice (also super nice and professional) finished working with my husband and I. We purchased a table and chairs. I had a meltdown once I got home because I changed my mind. We called Ashley and asked if I could meet her to see the table again. After I saw the table and told her I was okay, I had another meltdown when I got home. My husband called her the next day and told her I wasn't happy. She was completely understanding and very professional. She worked with me the next day over the phone until I was happy. Patience! She has a ton of it! She wrote up order after order and priced out different table and chair combinations about five times. She responded very quickly and was always very bubbly every time we spoke. I am very happy with my experience with her and the entire store. read more
