The cost was out of my budget so when I stopped in at Quality Mattress, I learned there was a third option, which was to have my mattresses rebuilt. They have the only manufacturing plant in Southern Oregon. I was quoted a fantastic price for the 2 twins and since my mattresses were reversible they made one side firm and the other side medium. Quality Mattress even rebuilt my box springs and when the set was returned promptly to me I was so elated as they were also recovered and looked brand new. Even though they did extra work they refused to charge me more. My mattresses are comfortable and my guests will be able to sleep well. I am also thankful that I could help a local family owned company of a fine reputation.

We had arranged to pick up our mattress and box springs at the warehouse because it would be a week or more before it could be delivered. We were fine with that. I sent a message to the warehouse and called the sales room a few days before to make sure all was in order. I was assured that it was. We went to pick up our mattress. The man in charge was in a terrible mood. Said he didn't have the paperwork he needed, we brought it, apparently it wasn't what he wanted. He proceeded to have a GIANT MAN TANTRUM. Throwing things, cussing up a storm. It was shocking. Couldn't believe what we were seeing. It was awful and totally unprofessional.
