He was very hospitable, offering us drinks and snacks and he asked what my desires were and he gave me just a small little tit bit of information. As I started looking through the showroom, every so often and often enough, Jesus came and asked, " any ideas what are you thinking about" when I discussed and advised him of what I was looking for, he gave me so much insight about comfort levels of a sofa and a bed. The options for colors, advised if I changed colors from what they already had, how long it would take it to be delivered. This was far before I even made a decision. I was never pressured to make a decision, one way or another. In fact, shopping for a new mattress Jesus was very patient. He allowed me to check and check and triple check what decision I needed to make. He constantly advised me that there was no rush to make a decision. He was not a sales person at all. He was like a best friend in a showroom that knew about the furniture and wanted me to make the best decision, there was no pressure with Jesus. Jesus is not a salesman. He's a people person. He definitely catered to every single need every single concern down to the point of every dollar that I spent it, how it would be invoiced and what would happen. He discussed additional financing options, although I came in with my own financing Jesus was just absolutely terrific. I recommend anybody going into this Mor furniture location on Los Altos in Sparks. Ask for Jesus, he won't be a sales salesman, he's gonna be your friend and when I say your friend, he's not pushy he never said that's not a good decision to persuade your decision. He's giving you all the options based on your decision and desires. He never said anything negative. He always said I want you to make the best decision Cheryn, so I'm telling you all of the details regarding this mattress, that mattress, this cooling system the firmness, the material, the color, the pricing Jesus is phenomenal. That's all I can say. Go in there and check it out. The location offers a lot of options but Jesus is the person that will assist like you are family! Not once did he make me feel rushed or convince me to male any decisions! All staff was nice and engaging and it never felt like I was being sold furniture, it was an afternoon of a relaxed shopping experience. Jesus is a gem!
