We purchased a mattress and adjustable platform for our upstairs bedroom about 5 years ago. Everything was perfect! Five years later my husband is having foot surgery and needs a downstairs bedroom for recuperation. The mattress we have downstairs is not bad but since we are used to adjustable platform why not just do some investigating. So we decided on a mattress and I took the chance of calling their magic number and Justine answered. I told her the situation and she spoke with Michelle, her sister, and she actually remembered me! I told her about the mattress I was interested in and she even suggested an available upgrade and at that point I ordered the mattress instantly along the adjustable platform. Their knowledge, service, and price cannot be beat! It was delivered by Ray and he was so nice and helpful! I cannot say enough good things! They are the best hands-down!

All of these and some of the reviews I read, brought me in the doors. Unfortunately, my expectations didn't meet my experience. My experience was one of feeling that I was being scammed and pressured into buying a floor model. i was told that the price posted on the floor was for a different mattress and if I wanted that deal, then was would have to get the floor model. What finally pushed me out the door, was the refusal of the salesman to give me a warranty for my purchase and his assistance that I pay cash. The owner specifically told me that if I wanted a warranty, then I would have to pay $200 more!!! After stepping aside with my wife, we decided to leave. We'd had enough of the lying, scamming & predatory techniques employed by Benny. When We were in the car, he ran outside and tried to prevent us from leaving; at one point reaching into the car. Needless to say, never go to Sleep Haven Bedding!

Michael, you showed my husband and I that you truly have earned those awards that are hanging in your store. Now going through the channels, we see that the company Northern California chair corporation is the one who had the manager by the name of Desiree, who showed no professionalism and quite frankly does a disservice to the company. La-Z-Boy showed their character and where their priorities are with their customers. Thank you again, Michael and those associates around you who helped to resolve this issue the way it should've been handled.

When you're a young married couple you think "one day we are going to get laz boy furniture", after 25 yrs of marriage we decided to splurge. Couch and chair for $7000. This faded leather is just 6 months after purchase, they are saying this is normal wear and tear. And if we want it fixed we have to pay extra. First, the sales person lied and said the warranty covers everything for like 5 yrs, even if we cause damage its covered. So it makes sense why the furniture is so expensive, impressive warranty, peace of mind. Nope. Then when the tech came out to take pictures of the couch, he reported back to them that we said that "our dog scratched it", we never said that! Who would just offer that info?? And those are not scratches, but now they are saying its normal wear and tear. When I had a fake leather couch it didn't even fade or peel this fast. JUNK.
