    I purchased table and chairs back in March it is oct and I am down to only ONE chair left. What a joke how do three chairs break all in the same leg. Pretty cheap quality.

    Wonderful experience !! I found something I liked on their website and called. Tony took the call and gave me a price with tax and delivery all the way to Sonora with a discount. I came and paid the next day, no quorums on price. He told me 2 weeks, but he actually delivered it in 8 days! What a total difference from Ashley who kept on delaying my delivery (3 times 6 weeks apart), even after a botched delivery attempt. I absolutely love this bedroom set and saved money ! The quality is very, very nice. Totally pleased with everything! Tony is a very pleasant fellow.

    Knobs fell off in only 2 months of purchasing poor quality.

    I purchased quite a bit of furniture from this Furniture store in Modesto.A Ashley couch set,a T.V.Stand that was 1,000 dollars coffee table , an accent tree and a few more accent pieces for my home. So the owner named Tony lacks customer service Skills, the very expensively priced coffee table lost a knobs after only 2 months of me purchasing it and he refused to fix the issue by telling me it wasn't under warranty and that in order for him to fix it he would charge me for coming to my house really?Really after I purchased over 6,000 dollars worth of furniture from you?Shame on you for your lack of great service making sure your customers are happy as well as making sure you b didn't provide quality of service or furniture. I will be filing a complaint with The BBA,And consumer affairs. Don't waste your money or time with this furniture store because once they get your money they'll treat you like trash.Never buy anything that's over priced with no warranty. They sell all their furniture over priced and I seen many of their items other places for much less.Do your research before spending your money with these Losers!!!!

Five years later my husband is having foot surgery and needs a downstairs bedroom for recuperation. The mattress we have downstairs is not bad but since we are used to adjustable platform why not just do some investigating. So we decided on a mattress and I took the chance of calling their magic number and Justine answered. I told her the situation and she spoke with Michelle, her sister, and she actually remembered me! I told her about the mattress I was interested in and she even suggested an available upgrade and at that point I ordered the mattress instantly along the adjustable platform. Their knowledge, service, and price cannot be beat! It was delivered by Ray and he was so nice and helpful! I cannot say enough good things! They are the best hands-down!

We let our values speak for us!" You be the judge of what these values say about how they operate a business and treat people. -All dates 2024 -7/21: order placed, "Delivery 3-4 weeks". They didn't have the mattress in stock but took 100% payment up front. -8/6: No contact through today until I checked in. David said the business had a power outage. Said "we will have it shipped out by Friday next week" (8/16). -8/16: No word from David. I message again and ask where the mattress tracking is. David said "Sadly its on this weeks truck but the truck sustained a breakdown so isn't showing up here now til Tues 8/20. I''ll ship it Wed 8/21." -8/21: No word from David. -8/23: Still no contact. I messaged and asked for tracking. No response until the next day. -8/24: "I was not here to receive the truckload that your mattress is on. That never made the trip up due to a blown engine." Says it'll ship on 8/28. And if it doesn't ship by 8/30, he'll give me $100/day refund -8/30: No word from David. -8/31: David messages and says they received the mattress yesterday. He said he'd inspect it today to prepare for shipment and chat with me around 6pm. He did not contact me. -9/1: I sent a long message to David express frustration with the various broken promises. He messages back without apology and said it was Labor Day weekend so they're really busy. He would ship it Wednesday (9/4). I asked for confirmation I'll receive $100/day refund, as we were now past his self-imposed deadline. David says he'll have us tracking Wed (9/4) and he's done "Wasting his precious time" trying to ship faster and "done apologizing for things outside his control." -9/4: No word from David. I asked for the tracking number. David responses: "I do have one and left the office where it is! Tomorrow I will send you a copy of the paperwork with routing number and todays date." -9/5: David did not contact me. -9/6: I message David: "Please provide me the tracking today. Thank you." No response. -9/7: I message David again: "Can I please get an update on my order please?" No response. I called the business multiple times with no answer. -9/8: David messages me (Now 4 days after he said he had tracking at the office). He says he's been given some bad information which is why he's provided me "bologna stories." He says I can cancel and receive a refund. He offers $200 in addition to my refund for the troubles. -9/9: I request a refund. He asks if they can have one more shot at the sale and take an additional $400 off the price of the mattress. -9/10: I say yes, if he ships it by 9/14. He responds: "I will follow up and see if that's going to happen or not? Okay, thank you I will get back to you within 24hrs as I'm not in today but will do my best!" -9/13: (72hrs later) No response. I message and say "You told me you'd follow up within 24hrs, and it's now been more than 3 days and I haven't heard a word. I would like my order refunded." -9/14: David responds "Understandably! Sorry it didn't go well for whatever reasons? I will submit your refund on Monday with bookkeeping (9/16). I will be adding $200 as promised as well." -9/20: I request confirmation the order has been refunded. David said he will get it for me. -9/21: David messages and said the return was processed Monday (9/16) and takes 7-10 days. He said I'd hear back by Monday (9/23) with proof. -9/25: No contact. I message and again request proof of return. -9/26: David responds and says he will ensure return receipt tomorrow (9/27) if I haven't already received the refund yet. -9/30: No one again contacted me for 4 days. I have not received proof of a refund. I contact my bank and they say I do not have a refund pending on my account. I message David and ask where my refund is. He does not message back. Shortly after this I reported the transaction to my bank. -10/4: I messaged and told David I'd disputed the transaction with Visa. I asked he please refund me the money so I could cancel the investigation. -10/15: I never heard back from David. Via the chargeback investigation, I received a full refund. I did not receive the $200 additional refund David promised me. I don't say this lightly: this was the worst experience I've ever had with a business. David strung us along, lied to us repeatedly, and despite his promise, didn't refund me the money (at least not until Visa investigated him). He also knew I lived 2,000 miles away and it would be hard for me to seek recompense for the transaction. It felt like he was just stringing my along until I was beyond 60-day limit to dispute with the credit card company (fortunately Visa waived this for me). Avoid, avoid, avoid. I lost so much sleep and had so much extra stress in my life because of David Butler.

We were greeted by the friendly and incredibly knowledgeable store manager who started helping us immediately. We explained that we were unsure how or if we wanted to go about replacing the split Cal King since it is an expensive Sleep Number bed that could be repaired. The store manager kindly gave us a bunch of informed options. He completely understood where we were coming from, providing options for keeping the bed split and informed us we could keep the same adjustable base and frame we currently have without replacing the entire structure. We ultimately decided that the best choice for us would be to simply have it repaired. He did an amazing job at outlining the costs, describing the differences between firmness levels, and advising us on the types of beds that suit our sleep style best. It was refreshing not having a salesperson tell us we need to purchase many unnecessary add-ons - he even encouraged us to utilize what we already have or not make the purchase at all. After telling him I am a side and stomach sleeper, he recommended a Sealy bed that I immediately fell in love with. He did not try to upsell the queen size from the full and respected our parameters (even though we did end up going with a queen size anyway). The store manager allowed us time to go out and find a new frame for the bed and come back later to finalize the purchase. He quickly got our delivery arranged in the time frame we requested, even including a bonus cover with the order. He told us that within a certain time period after purchase, if the price of the mattress we chose drops, we could get reimbursement. To our luck, the mattress was $100 off within the same week. We came back into the store and another friendly worker gave us the option of waiting for a check reimbursement in the mail or store credit, so we opted to buy a cozy sheet set with the credit. The experience when purchasing was fantastic. The sales rep was knowledgeable, directed me to mattresses that matched what i wanted/needed using software, and really listened to what was important to me. They subcontract the delivery. I needed to reschedule (you get a text w/ a date and 2 hours time window) as the time they assigned wasn't going to work for me. The cancellation was easy (via text) and to reschedule i called the store. The delivery team got here 20 minutes early. They were professional, courteous, incredibly quick, and nice! LOVED them. Service excellence from the delivery team. They removed my prior mattress and quickly got the new one set up and were in and out in 10 minutes. I moved to pick up the plastic garbage they'd ripped off the new mattress and he asked me to leave it so he could take it away for me. From start to finish, the service was excellent, both in the store and to the final delivery. I've probably spent a smidge less than $10k on mattresses from them.
