Honestly one of the best sales men we have met. Gave us plenty of information and then went away! My husband and I came in on memorial weekend to see about buying a queen size mattress. Duane Guillory met us at the door and took us to the queen section to try out various mattres's at our timeline to make sure we got the mattress that fit our need, he recommended a springform mattress for longer wear. My daughter and I walked in to view beds and mattress and a few minutes after walking in we were greeted by Bill. I told him what we were looking for and he took me straight to where I needed to be.
