We've needed a new mattress for awhile now but I've been putting it off due to past poor customer service experiences and not wanting to deal with pushy sales people. Duane ("Unc") greeted my husband and I as soon as we walked in the door and I instantly knew I was going to like this guy - incredibly personable, knowledgeable and he had a great sense of humor. Honestly one of the best sales men we have met. Gave us plenty of information and then went away! We visited the store December 27th. Cant imagine many people buying mattresses two days after Christmas, so I wasn't surprised the store was empty. It was actually really nice. My husband and I came in on memorial weekend to see about buying a queen size mattress. Duane Guillory met us at the door and took us to the queen section to try out various mattres's at our timeline to make sure we got the mattress that fit our need, he recommended a springform mattress for longer wear. My daughter and I walked in to view beds and mattress and a few minutes after walking in we were greeted by Bill. I told him what we were looking for and he took me straight to where I needed to be. He over exceeded my expectations. Not only did he greet me right away, show me where to go, he gave my daughter a few minutes to look. As we were walking out we thanked him for his time and right away he asked me if I looked at the mattress which we did not and he showed me quite a few but my daughter with her being an athlete and everything he showed us one that was just right for her!
