Customer Service - no one can beat Mancini's customer service! David has always been in contact with us over email or phone to ensure we are happy with our purchase and make sure any issues we may have are taken care of and resolved. He has always made it a point to focus on our well being vs. any desire to increase his own commission. This felt awesome! 2. Selection - this store is massive! If you compare this to your local sleep train or mattress firm, this Mancini's has 4x the selection. We specifically wanted an Aeirloom and Mancini's was the only store that had them! 3. Set up and delivery - The delivery team was quick and knowledgeable with set up. Extremely smooth delivery and it was very timely! Only had to wait 2 days! Buying a mattress is a tough decision and one that you can have buyers regret after spending such a pretty penny, especially if you aren't 100% comfortable. With Mancini's 120 mattress exchange policy and excellent customer service, I always felt taken care of and never felt trapped with a decision I would regret. I contacted Mattress Firm, and they said there was no such program. I called Mattress Firm twice, and both times they said they would open a ticket and a manager would get back to me. Guess what.....a manager NEVER got back to me. I will never do business with this company again. The salesperson flat out lied to us.

This is our 2nd Sleep number bed and we love it more than we did the first one we purchased years and years ago. However, this may be your last as the experience I had now twice with Synchrony is the absolute worst. With our first bed we were charged a late fee for a payment due to a misunderstanding on the 0% interested rates. I was upset at their handling and the fact that customer service is almost non existent that I paid the bed in full. Fast forward to February 2026... we wanted one of the more expensive warm/cooling beds. I was prepared to pay the full amount but was convinced that I should just set up monthly auto payments. That made a lot of sense so as soon as my new Synchrony credit card arrive I set it up for auto payments. Funny tho as I continued to receive emails from Synchrony that I hadn't set up auto pay. This got my attention so I went on line and saw I was indeed set up so I felt I was good. I continued to receive these emails so I called Synchrony customer service and sat on hold for 32 minutes before a person with a thick Indian accent answered. When I explained my concern he told me he could see I was set up for auto pay and they send those emails to everyone. That's just crazy! First month of auto pay worked like a gem...This morning I awoke to find my checking account and other related accounts were empty because Synchrony took the full balance as the auto pay. I was absolutely crazed and frantic!!! I sat on hold for 44 minutes and 39 seconds before yet another person with a heavy Indian accent answered and when I told her what had occurred she offered to send me back the money. That's just crazy! I told her to cancel the CC as the bed was now fully paid off and Synchrony had already caused me penalties from 3 difference banking/financial accounts. My purpose in writing this is to let people know that Sleep Numbers 0% interest promotion may be more painful than you expect. Sleep number's relationship with synchrony is lousy to say the least and in my opinion does not bode well at all for Sleep Number and its awesome products since this is the 2nd incident with that relationship that has caused me tremendous grief and distrust of of their CC relationship.

They came a month later to deliver and set up the mattress. They do not allow you to choose what time they will arrive and do not let you know when your 3 hour window is until 2 days before arrival. This barely gives you enough time to arrange your schedule for them. Additionally, there customer service is back east and only available during their business hours. Which means if you live on the west coast and actually have a job, it is very difficult to contact them and talk with someone. Clearly, they do not value their west coast customers. This year in November, I went back to the store and ordered a flexible base for my mattress. Again, over a month until delivery, this time it was on a day I wasn't working, so the time frame was not difficult to adjust to. However, when they delivered it, it did not function properly. The people that delivered it were supposed to contact customer services and let them know the issue, order the part and then contact me the next day to reschedule the delivery and repair. No one called me the next day, so I had to leave work early the next day so that I could call customer service myself. I scheduled and new appointment, this time on a day that I was working. I asked them to schedule it in the afternoon, so that I didn't have to take time off work. They said they would put that into the order. 2 days before my delivery, I received and text message saying my delivery window was between 7:00 am and 10:00 am. Not what I had asked for. I ended up having to take a day off work. When the people came to work on my bed. They did not know why they were there. they thought I had an entire bed and frame that had been delivered but not set up. So, once again, it did not work because they did not have the part with them to fix my bed. I had to reschedule again. Once again it was a day that I had to work and I requested again that it be in the afternoon so that I didn't have to take another day off work for what was there mistake. Once again, 2 days before I received a text telling me that the arrival window is between 7:00 am and 10:00 am. I called customer service on my way to work the next day. They told me they had no way of contacting the delivery/set-up people to change the time, only to change the date, which of course would be at least 2 weeks later with no guarantee of when the time frame for them showing up would be. And of course no offer to make it up to me financially or any other way.This is now nearly 3 months since I bought the flexible frame and it is still not working. This is easily the worst customer service I have ever been involved with. If you have a choice to buy from from someone else, I suggest that you do.

Today we went in to buy the sofa we saw when we bought the bunk beds last January, The sofa was gone. When we described it to Mr. Camacho, and we even remembered the price, he immediately found it in one of his furniture books. We ordered, received a discount, paid and Wednesday it will be there. Fast forward we moved into a 5,000 sq ft house in San Martin and I was looking everywhere for a custom couch with the colors I wanted and couldn't find it online. I remembered FR does custom pieces so I went in and Oscar helped me. He was so great and patient, helping me pick out the colors and measurements. They gave me a great price and the couch was delivered within a few weeks. 4 months later we decided we wanted the matching chairs to the couch, so Oscar was quickly able to get my order in and the chairs were delivered in great shape a few weeks later. I have read some of FR reviews on yelp and have to put my 2 cents in. My husband and I can pretty much afford to shop wherever we want to, but I pick FR because the quality is good and we don't feel guilty when our toddler spills something on the couch because we didn't spend 5k+ at Restoration hardware on a beige couch. I honestly don't know where these other reviews are coming from. I shop online furniture and furniture stores non-stop for our new house (Crate and Barrel, RH, CB2, Pottery Barn, Wayfair, Overstock, Gilt, onekingslane, Ballard, etc.) and FR prices are way below others! I think these other reviews are comparing FR prices to like Home Goods, Target, Marshalls, etc. and I don't think these shoppers are well versed in the market of furniture and what things really cost. I think it is worth a try to shop with FR. I mean you aren't getting customer service like you would at a Louis Vitton store, BUT you are NOT at a Louis Vitton store paying 3k for a handbag where they give you champagne. This is a little below average priced furniture store. They have always been upfront about the price with me and there was never any surprises. I mean of course you have to pay taxes on the item. Clothing stores don't put the tax on the price tag? They give you an Invoice with the final amount and that is what you pay. If you don't like that price ask for a lower one. They are willing to make a deal with you. I guarantee Target or Pottery Barn is not going to "make a deal" with you. When we walked in a skinny Asian guy asked what we were looking for and I told him we were just looking. He was following us everywhere we went. I sat in a couple recliners and he said oh there's more recliners over there. I told him, "we are fine we are looking around. I don't need to be followed." He continued to follow us every single aisle we go in. What the hell does he think we're gonna do... Pick up a couch and run out? I'm a freaking disabled veteran who moves slow and can't lift anything. He continued to follow us through the whole damn store which pissed me off even more. Then there was another Asian guy that works there that was watching our every single movement. This alone made me not want to shop there. I straight up told him he doesn't need to follow us. He should've respected that and walked away. It's not like I'm gonna steal something for starters, let alone you kinda can't steal a couch if you can't walk properly. Note to the people who work here or own it ...... leave the customers alone to let them look around.
