The front desk was very accommodating and helped me in the office with the chair lift outside. Dr. Krell was very knowledgeable, and I would recommend him to all of my friends and family. I appreciated the time he and Dr. Shaw took with me each time I was in their office. I did not ever feel rushed, and they listened to me and my concerns regarding getting back to playing hoops in the men's league. I was not expecting to see state of the art equipment and literally have a life changing visit! Dr. Chopra started with an in-house xray and immediately treated my knee injury. I didn't even realize I was doing more damage to my situation by not having it checked out sooner. The doctor offered me a brace and discussed PRP as a treatment option. Stay away from this practice at all costs, they can't even schedule properly. Oh I should mention, the Dr offered to see me but said he would have to charge me and pointless bc he wouldn't do surgery, are you kidding me? How about "we won't charge you for today, and since your here our most qualified Dr will at least look at you"

(Already had thyroid cancer, um...can come back anytime forever) Dr. Krell - seems rushed - made like a typical fractured ankle giving me their medium size boot that went up over my knee and my toes didn't even stick out. 88.00 wasted! Getting back to typical - after physical therapy, with the facility recommended by his nurse - 10 months later my best friends are still ice, a pillow to elevate and my cane!

He explained everything first to me by looking over both sets of X-ray's (one from the E.R.and the one he took that day) and then explained to my son what was going on. Even drew a picture for him of what the break looks like to give him a better understanding. Answered every one if my son's questions, even about the equipment in the exam room. We are still in the process of seeing him, as this just happened. He will be getting a waterproof cast on, so his summer won't be entirely ruined. A very caring and thorough doctor. I HIGHLY recommend him!!!!!
