Upon his arrival, Yuriy stated that Inventi Service did not work on electrical heating systems and, so, he refused to perform a diagnostic on mine. Then, because he was not able to figure out how to power on my AC system, he did not perform a diagnostic on that either. Despite this, he then had the nerve to bill me for those services that he had not performed! When I reported all this to Andrei, the owner of Inventi Services, much to his credit, he immediately apologized and asked what he could do to "make things right." When I replied that he should refund the payment I had made, he did so immediately and for that I am most appreciative.

Got a call back within 10 minutes of contacting the answering service, and they sent Dan over within an hour. Dan conscientiously cleared out the area and laid down a dropcloth to help contain the mess, opened up the wall, quickly replaced the piece of pipe and soldered it in place. He also kindly answered some questions I'd had around which valves do what around our hot water heater and boiler. Everything was done in about half an hour and he swept up and even put our door mat back in place before finishing up. They take check or cash, no credit card. I would've liked a bit more of a breakdown to understand how much extra it was for the weekend call, but the charge generally seemed like it could've been a lot worse. I had to throw out a carpet, remove the linoleum flooring and clean up the black mold that was under the flooring.
