When I tried to explain to customer service, my complaint was ignored. They kept sending me emails saying the package was delivered. Of course it was delivered! Just not to my address. I was basically told "too bad". And I lost 135 dollars. I never received the package or a refund So now I get a message from the Business Manager stating: "The policies are outlined at the time of purchase ". I'd like to know where to find the policy that states an employee of this company can send my package to the wrong address and that it would be my fault, and I would have to eat the cost. Where would I find that policy? I'd like to see that policy. I don't think it exists. Horrible company. They basically stole my money

I wanted a few tank tops for my new dance class and came up on those at a good price, but I saw this cute top and decided to try it on. It was cute. Fit me well, so decided hell why not. Well sorry to say, I shouldn't have bought it. I wore the shirt out to a bar one night and I lifted my arm and the stitches cam apart on one side. By the end of thi night both sides came apart. You'd have to see the top to understand, its not like I was topless by the end of the night, lol, but it was crappy and it was cheap and it super sucked. Luckily I got it fixed elsewhere and its still a cute top I love to wear, but the fact that I had to take it somewhere to get it fixed up, it cost me more than I wanted to pay and its fine now, but what kind of crap is that really? Only reason I still gave this place 3 stars is because I do like my tank tops for dance class and the people there are really nice people. Both times I've been in the lady gave me a thing or two for free, but other than the tanks, ill probably not buy anything else there unless I like to waste my money. Nice people, cute clothes, but it cheap stuff that they probably just buy from downtown anyway. So buyer beware. Keep a close eye on what you get and make sure its not falling apart before you get it home.

It's been years since I was last here. Could have been when they first opened. Back then it was an…read moreexcitement to see what they had. Designer items for an amazing price. So many things to choose from which I've scored some nice pieces. Clothing, shoes, handbags, jewelry, accessories and so on. And everything was in place. Fast forward to today. Walking in, it was very overwhelming. Felt like things were a mess right when you walked in. At the front where the handbags sections were, things just hanging here and there. The selections and designers items seemed to have gone down. Didn't really see much as they used to have. There were a few higher end accessories, sunglasses but almost the same price as retail. The clothing sections as well was kind of everything together. Even though they had things sectioned off, it was like rumbling through the racks at Ross. Shoe department was a miss. There wasn't much of anything worth trying or even looking at. There was one or two pairs of shoes that was debatable for gifts but passed on it. It could just be me but the quality has seemed to gone down from prior years. It's not that nice luxury store for a steal of a deal anymore. Just feels like walking into Ross or Marshall's with the same things.

Class was amazing! It was such a good workout and I love that this location is local to me. They have such a good selection of women's clothes as well. We did a little shopping and I will definitely be back attend another class!
