He was really patient and super charismatic which made me feel comfortable and welcomed. He was super attentive with me as well, spending a lot of time with me and I was pretty impressed that he was still able to also acknowledge and assist the other customers who were coming in simultaneously as he helped me. He really knows his stuff and offered me a lot of helpful information and made a wonderful suggestion that ended up being a total hit as my gift! Mostly collectibles, figurines, plushies, and other home goods and trinkets that are themed after comic book series, cute characters, anime, and of course, video game IP. There are still used and new games you can get here, but the stock isn't as big as you can imagine. Also, a bit grim that it's $40 for a used game that isn't that highly rated or great of a game, but goes to show the market for physical media. Pricy but what can you do? I did that and created an order accordingly to be told that I have not actually met the minimum. When I called they said that it was incorrect, but would not honor the minimum their website was providing. Additionally, be warned there was over a $100 delivery fee in addition to the minimum that is not disclosed anywhere across the website. Updating my review based off the response to encourage the owner to listen to the recording of the call. I was in no way rude to the person who answered.
