This is one of the worst companies we have ever dealt with. As good as the designs look, there is a huge learning curve and they will not support you. They will take your money and ghost you. We called the company that had installed the Wi-Fi system, but they said it would be 3 weeks before they could send a tech out to our home to look at the problem. Chance and his tech came to our rescue! Not only did they squeeze us in the same day and come to our home after hours, they even rewired the poor installation job which had been done by the first crew in the control box, all of which we needed to have so that our smart home would run reliably and smoothly. We had a second issue with a security camera. Chance took it upon himself to help us, even though he did not have to. His talent is amazing, but so too is his heart. 5 stars for Prodigy IT! He promised he will install CCTV for only 4 hours, it took 3 days for them to install it and yet what was promised wasn't delivered. Workers left our garage with cut and holes and owner only offered to patch it up instead of drywall taping it, patching it and painting it which is the right process wot put the ceiling back together. He rather you go complain to vendors, BB and contracting division than to resolve. I don't even want him back on my property. He's very deceiving when offering the work and it sounded like he's a nice guy but he's not. He runs this business and don't even know what's going on and know how to really put together this CCTV. He'll tell you, he don't touch his stuff and he fired the unreliable and experienced workers which can't perform the job. He don't want to provide his email, don't know if this company is legitimate.
