I came in a little late but he was able to rush my service for me as I was leaving the town the next day and I was able to pick it up within the hour. Thermal paste replacement service that I requested was done professionally and he even add extra thermal paste around the needed area on the board. Deep cleaning service was excellent. I notice the cleanliness right away and it boosts my experience with games and work programs by a major 2.5x speed. I went from 45 FPS to 120 FPS in just less than an hour. He calls and says it's going to cost $140, then asks do I want to buy a battery for another $60. When checking prices on Amazon they run from $19-$50. I said I didn't want the battery. I get there and ask how much again, he tells me $217 I say what, he says for taxes. He is still trying to get me to pay for this battery I said I didn't want. What a crook. Of course there is labor but just lying and trying to make me pay for something I don't want. I would try other places and use them as a last resort. I told him I would have to leave my computer because I could not afford it, he said $150 but if I left a review on Yelp he'd give it to me for $140, the original price he told me in the first place.
