I had another issue that the left mirror broke on the spindle of the Indian Chieftain and he asked me to send him pictures and he thought that he had parts in stock to repair. The price of the mirrors and labor seem very reasonable. I go tomorrow. Thanks for being courteous to me as a female and helpful in the repairs.

This shop is a joke. Was given a 2 to 3 week turnaround for a broken shifter, ended up taking 2 1/2…read moremonths. We were charged $1250/10 hours of labor after requesting a full motor rebuild, only gaskets and oil filter were replaced. Says he threw in a clutch but it is not on the receipt. Receipt does not even have his business name on it. We were not given a call when the bike was opened up to let us know that pistons were within tolerance and would not be replaced. He did not keep and show us any broken parts which is the norm for other shops. Charged for an oil filter... THIS BIKE DOES NOT HAVE AN OIL FILTER?!!!!!! Numerous parts hand tightened and scary loose, very very very dangerous. We now have other issues from parts that were removed and are very nervous to even ride it Now. Good thing we checked his work. Save yourself the trouble and take your money elsewhere!!

Dave is a retired vet and does work because he wants to-Not because he has to. That's the only thing you have to keep in mind. But!!! if you want it done right, take it to Dave. The work I had done was a suspension upgrade & it changed my bike (2016 Indian Scout) 100% for the better!!! Kent machined the fork to achieve better oil flow & recovery & installed better springs. On the rear he replaced the weak OE shocks with RaceTech brand which is one of several brands he sells; it's also what I requested. A buddy and I were riding near Tellico Plains, Tn. when his bike left the road and he crashed (his…read morefault), A wrecker was dispatched and sent to pick up the bike. It was brought to Ed's Cycles (a Yamaha dealer). I called and the bike was there, but my buddy in the hospital and I might need to pick him up. Ed's is closed Sunday and Monday, like most M/C dealers. Jason, the service manager talked to me and arranged to open up the shop and collect the bike on Monday. He was very pleasant and accommodating in a tough time. He was there and helped load the bike. I tried to pay him for his time and he would accept nothing. Jason is top shelf in my opinion: helping a fellow rider when he was in a tough spot and from home. He's got my vote as a "good guy". Thanks for going out of your way to go above above and beyond.
