Our Daughter Wanted to Learn. We Were Deeply Disappointed…read more I have an academically mainstreamed teenager. I made a huge mistake counting on Fusion to help my family - my teenager missed 3 months of her well respected school second to illness and withdrew for the semester and went to Fusion desperate to learn and catch up. We realized early on that Fusion was not a good fit - teaching quality was, at times, dismal with poor accountability of advancing curriculum/challenging my teenager. Our sincere efforts to engage the individual teachers, administrations were numerous from the begining - encompassing easily 40 emails. Despite raising concerns repeatedly with teachers and administrators, we felt our concerns were dismissed or not meaningfully addressed. Per my teenager AND while overhearing an online class, the teaching was maybe15 minutes per 60 minute class and then teacher would make AI generated work for the student to do on own. You pay approximately $135/hr. I am so sorry to say this, but my teenager often felt some teachers were unable to answer questions in sufficient depth or explain the AI-generated assignments they provided. My teenager said it was a waste of her time --- the excruciating fact is that my teenager really wanted to catch up on missed school because of a long illness. She spent February to June, 2026, at Fusion & made little progress except for what she taught herself out of desperation (one good thing she learned to teach herself). The credits earned, we have decided, will not to ever appear on her transcript; for us, it does not represrent quality education. Forget the 16-17k, the tremendous family stress related to Fusion not delivering; it was my teenager that was affected most and I cannot stop apologizing to her for choosing Fusion.

I wish I could be an exception and say something different from the "crowd"...but, no, I'm joining…read morethe chorus of Mark's Alumni! Mark is a wonderful Teacher! (with the capital T!) Everyone comes to him for a better score , but we all leave with something bigger. In all honesty - your score solely depends on you and how You study! And you need to study hard: do your homework and skill builders before each class, practice full size tests every week - do it all, don't slack, so you don't waste precious time in class on going over basics when you could be practicing strategies and different kind of thinking. That's what Mark actually teaches - to think differently. Classes are very fast paced and it's easy to fall behind if you don't do your part! Mark does support his students a lot - he even gave us a couple of free classes to catch up when we fell behind (which was totally our fault as we were not doing our part and had to use class time to refresh some basic theories - don't repeat our mistake, do your homework!) You will receive a lot of support and good advice, Mark will find "your" language to speak to you and all of that will come in a light, non-invasive manner, you just need to open up and "absorb". And you don't even notice it at first, until (at some random point) you realize that all of a sudden your ambition has grown, because he shows you that you can do much better than you thought. And just to throw some numbers in - my score grew 140 points within that class (and I could do better if I just practiced more) and I'm starting my MBA this Fall. P.S. Go for it!

I recently took the in-person GMAT course with Mark Robinson, and the class got me motivated to…read morefinally study! Mark has a plethora of knowledge from his 10 years of teaching. The class itself was very fast-paced though, and it was easy to get lost with all the tips and tricks without the background knowledge. Hence, that's why it's important to complete the Skillbuilders before class. If you are a student that understands the basic concepts, and just want to get through a test taking plateau, then Mark is your guy.
