The property on Blalock was apparently bought by European Legacy, a shop across the street. David is as straightforward as they come and has been in the business a long time. I recently took my 2001 Honda Accord in because it was leaking oil (it has 260k mi). David looked at it, diagnosed it, and told me that the cost to fix wouldn't be worthwhile given the car's value. He suggested I just keep adding oil to the engine as needed and changing it at regular intervals. I tried to pay him for his time, but he wouldn't take any money.

Beware of this service department. Did Brazelton make buying my brand new Volvo easy- yes. You can…read moresee many other reviews attest to that. But when it comes to Service, I wholeheartedly believe I'm being scammed. At the beginning of the summer, I took my car in and asked if they could look at the AC system. They came back with a diagnosis of a new blower saying this would be several thousand. When I questioned this, it was taken to the Volvo dealership and Volvo confirmed that the AC was working properly! Thank goodness, I asked Volvo to look at it. Now to yesterday. I took my car in because the check engine light came on. I also asked for a 50,000 mile Service. As before, I was texted a quote with no breakdown of cost. This quote was over $6000 saying my car needed a new catalytic converter and three sensors. A 3 year old car needs a new catalytic converter?? When I told them I would pick up my car they then called Volvo and found out that a catalytic converter is covered under a warranty. Not just any warranty, but a federal mandate that says it is covered completely under 80,000 miles. Wouldn't a service provider at a dealership know that? I think this service department sees a woman walking in, assumes I don't know anything and just sees $$$. I do not recommend this dealership and I've completely lost my faith in them.
