Excellent quality and fast service for a large custom mat needed to frame a collage poster of a safari trip. Michael's didn't even offer that size online, so I knew it would be incredibly expensive for a special order. I emailed customer service because I wanted to frame my own university diplomas and had some ideas on how I might use their materials. All of the local frame shops and the university bookstore were grossly overpriced. David quickly emailed me advice on what may or may not work and why as well as the specs on how to order it so I could accomplish what I wanted. I found the exact same mats and a similar enough frame with the uv protective glass I wanted. I also picked up a couple of other supplies I needed to qualify for the free shipping.
