Husband had a bleed by morning and developed a large hematoma. Called office in morning and told by on call Doctor to go to the TGH ER. After 9 hours we never saw a cardiologist from this group. It is Saturday 6:07pm and still no word from Dr. Cook nor anyone from his team. STAY CLEAR OF THIS CARDIOLOGIST GROUP. Something is not right here. It was discovered that stents couldn't be done and my veins needed immediate surgery. My physician Dr Marc Stauffer had to find an emergency surgeon and that was Se. Sastry. It was later that I discovered that Dr Sastry was five minutes from leaving the hospital to fly to Miami for his son's graduate from UM Medical School. He postponed his transportation plans to perform a triple bypass. Dr Sastry is a great doctor who takes a personal interest in his patients.
