I came in during a shift change, but the doctor who treated me took the time to really listen and understand what I was going through. He explained everything clearly-what was happening with my jaw, the medications I had been taking, and what my options were. I never felt rushed or dismissed, which is rare in an ER setting. What stood out the most was how thoughtful he was about my care. He even discussed imaging but was mindful about not putting me through unnecessary costs, which I truly appreciated. I felt heard, respected, and genuinely cared for. This was one of the best experiences I've ever had in an emergency room. I'm very grateful. Every single person I encountered--and I truly mean everyone--was professional, compassionate, and had an incredible bedside manner. They made what could have been a very scary and overwhelming experience feel calm, supported, and much less anxiety-inducing. I genuinely believe my smooth recovery so far is a direct reflection of how well I was cared for during my stay. This wasn't my first experience here either--I had a same-day procedure about five years ago, and I remember receiving that same high level of care back then as well. The hospital itself is very clean, and I really appreciated having a private room. Another huge plus was that my husband was able to stay with me the entire time. He had a sofa bed, and they even provided pillows, linens, and a blanket for him, which made a big difference for both of us. As a healthcare worker myself, I tend to notice the details--and I can confidently say I was thoroughly impressed. This hospital and its staff truly go above and beyond.
