Last week I picked up my medical records for my new hematologist, and there are no records of the fifteen iron infusions that I received in their office! When I called the person in charge, she stated that they don't keep files in the clinic part of the office, and she has no more information for me. Who would believe that?!? Really bad experience when I was already extremely low-energy due to health situation. Don't consider using this place!

She has helped me pick a new insurance for opened enrollment to get him better care. The doctors are intelligent and compassionate. My mom had severe anemia and repeatedly asked for a colonscopy while hospitalized and he kept ignoring her pleas ordering endoscopies. She got hospitalized again, so I had her taken to Largo Medical Center thinking I could avoid this doctor and guess what we got him again. Exactly same situation. An oncologist suggested doing a cancer marker, my mom had stage four colon cancer and ultimately died a week later. When I got her medical records, there was so much information entered incorrectly that affected my mom's care in her hospital visit and rehab center. He failed my mom. Please do not let your family member go through the pain and suffering my mom and family did due to this doctor's uncaring and insensitive attitude.

I had to move mountains to make it work. I was told to show up 15 mins in advance for my 8am appt so when I showed up the doors were locked. The kind lady who works the desk told me they open their doors at 8am and then we joked about the communication break down from one hand to the other. Then the X-ray equipment did not work. What was worse is they knew days prior but did not call me to reschedule. I would not be so upset if I did not have to juggle the calendar of others including my 90 year old mother with Alzheimers. I left and called another radiology organization to schedule my mammogram. Its too high risk to go here when they have old equipment that does not work. The staff was very kind and apologetic.

He also didn't send my pain meds for my dandc procedure until 24 hours after, did not talk to me after the procedure or the person who took me. But that's okay apparently, they have no accountability and if you say something they treat you like shit. A lot of petty high schoolers essentially running this place. I would steer clear. And no, I won't be taking this one down. As someone who has worked in the medical field, this place has a lot of issues they need to fix. This is covering just the tip of issues there.
