I poundedv it on the door. I waited 30 minutes. They obviously have no control of their medical operation. I cannot call it a practice because actually they are still practicing apparently, but they are not professionals and I would not recommend them to anyone who's dealing with cancer issues.

I started going to this clinic in April 2021 to receive treatments for iron deficiency anemia IDA…read more I received 15 iron infusions in 18 months time, with bloodwork and doctor visit follow-ups. I am moving to a new center, due to the uncaring and careless attitude. I have never experienced such incompetence and apathy. Among other errors made, the IV solution was often incorrect, even after supposedly the file stating "no Benadryl", and I was overcharged and struggled to get my money back, but finally did with help from my insurance company. Last week I picked up my medical records for my new hematologist, and there are no records of the fifteen iron infusions that I received in their office! When I called the person in charge, she stated that they don't keep files in the clinic part of the office, and she has no more information for me. Who would believe that?!? Really bad experience when I was already extremely low-energy due to health situation. Don't consider using this place!

She has helped me pick a new insurance for opened enrollment to get him better care. The doctors are intelligent and compassionate. I had trouble with reminder calls, prescriptions called in, orders for blood draws but these are not issues with Dr Desai. Otherwise I would have rated lower. I think she is capable but downright in it as a business. Nice nurses if you are treated here, it's no frills.

I complained to him twice about his staff rudeness and not communicating with my PC. He kept making excuses which is not acceptable. On my last visit in April, I informed him I wasn't returning because of his staff, he got offensive and pointed to the door and said well leave. I wouldn't refer him to anyone and I'm going to report him to my insurance company. He nor his staff deserves 1 star. His reviews are horrible.

He was never…read moreavailable to discuss her care, he never returned our calls, at one point he actually turned and walked away from my sister and I when we approached him about an update. My mom had severe anemia and repeatedly asked for a colonscopy while hospitalized and he kept ignoring her pleas ordering endoscopies. She got hospitalized again, so I had her taken to Largo Medical Center thinking I could avoid this doctor and guess what we got him again. Exactly same situation. An oncologist suggested doing a cancer marker, my mom had stage four colon cancer and ultimately died a week later. When I got her medical records, there was so much information entered incorrectly that affected my mom's care in her hospital visit and rehab center. He failed my mom. Please do not let your family member go through the pain and suffering my mom and family did due to this doctor's uncaring and insensitive attitude.

This last time I even stopped in to schedule my appointment and stressed how I didn't want to be kept waiting and today again they weren't going to get me in on time. Anyway, I will no longer be their customer.

I had to move mountains to make it work. I was told to show up 15 mins in advance for my 8am appt so when I showed up the doors were locked. The kind lady who works the desk told me they open their doors at 8am and then we joked about the communication break down from one hand to the other. Then the X-ray equipment did not work. What was worse is they knew days prior but did not call me to reschedule. I would not be so upset if I did not have to juggle the calendar of others including my 90 year old mother with Alzheimers. I left and called another radiology organization to schedule my mammogram. Its too high risk to go here when they have old equipment that does not work. The staff was very kind and apologetic.

I had blood test results that they never even discussed with me because of them being petty. But it's okay for them to be incompetent. Most of the techs in there that take vitals are rude. Dr. Horde tried to tell me anxiety wil not make your blood pressure go up which is hilarious that he is that ignorant. He also didn't send my pain meds for my dandc procedure until 24 hours after, did not talk to me after the procedure or the person who took me. But that's okay apparently, they have no accountability and if you say something they treat you like shit. A lot of petty high schoolers essentially running this place. I would steer clear. And no, I won't be taking this one down. As someone who has worked in the medical field, this place has a lot of issues they need to fix. This is covering just the tip of issues there. I had to call them due to a medical issue and that's when I found out they wouldn't see me. Patient abandonment is a thing. The office manager is super petty and immature.

If you're low intervention or don't want a bunch of random, useless, unnecessary tests, don't go here.
