Dr. Diwadkar is very professional and has excellent bedside manner. He took his time, answered all my questions and took great care of me.

Quick Read: Fantastic doctors, sweet staff -- great place to go!…read more Dr. Skaife is one of the most thorough, patient, and kind doctors I have ever encountered. He treats me like I would expect a family member to treat me, and I have never once felt rushed. The only trouble can be scheduling an appointment (I'm a teacher and have limited times to schedule sometimes) but they've always found a way to make it work. Awesome office!

Does not care about patients! my husband is a post double lung transplant patient. We recently…read moremoved to Florida and were setting up his care at Tampa General after being strung along for weeks and being told they were reviewing all his records to see which Dr's he needed to be set up at were told yesterday by the receptionist he was being denied care. This only after myself and husband calling multiple times. The hospital NEVER ONCE called back when they said they would. I was told he is post transplant 24 years so he is on a "downward projector" so they will not take him as a patient. If they take him on and he dies there numbers go down. I hope they would like to explain to his daughter why her father can not get care. So much... for a DR taking an oath to care for a patient first. It is disgusting they chose to play GOD and decide who gets care or not. Run from this hospital you will only get help if it looks good for them.

Staff at this location (Swann Ave) have been generally wonderful. Every now and then we wait long…read moreperiods or encounter someone with rude behavior maybe not handling a bad day that well, but overall - excellent. They are gracious, respectful, sweet, accommodating. Thank you all! There has been this one issue for years though: dishonest and rude RAMAN and his associates The appointment schedulers have thick Indian accents which can be difficult to understand PLUS they mumble and talk fast and always start the phone calls rushing the caller and having an attitude. When you ask them to slow down and annunciate, the attitude escalates - especially Raman. And he does NOT like giving out his name. Furthermore, he has been trying to tell us for years that he works in office. When I say- oh really?! You work at Swann Ave? I've never met you there. He says he works in back. Then I ask where in back. Then he says he works from home. He gets progressively angry. Then he tries to DENY that he ever said he works in the Swann office. Guy is nutsy in our repeated experience 4 X per year for several years! THAT is a pattern. He needs to cheer up and treat patients like human beings - with dignity. My staff and physician friends at Locicero say he and the others have always worked out of INDIA. NOT Swann Ave. LOL. That's ok if he works there so Locicero can save money, but Raman shouldn't LIE to people and we'd prefer he drop the low unintelligible mumble, rushing the process when you can't understand him, and ATTITUDE when you ask ANY question!!! Learn some professionalism and common sense! HCPs and staff at Locicero Health have told us for years that patients complain about these guys. Why hasn't upper mgmt and Karon Locicero replaced them because obviously any coaching hasn't worked. Show care and respect please for your patients in this respect too!!

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED after being a patient here for more than 10 years…read more I contacted Lil Cicero Medical Group on September 3 because I was experiencing an ear infection/swimmer's ear and requested eardrops. I was told my established doctor could not simply call in the prescription and that I was required to schedule a telehealth appointment. I did exactly what they required and completed my telehealth appointment on September 8 at 10:00 a.m. The appointment itself was concerning. The provider appeared unfamiliar with the telehealth camera equipment, so the appointment ultimately had to be completed by telephone. During the call, the provider sounded extremely unsure and did not inspire confidence in the care I was receiving. I was nevertheless told that an antibiotic and eardrops would be sent to my pharmacy. It is now SEPTEMBER 16 AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE THE CORRECT MEDICATION. I have called this office MORE THAN 40 TIMES trying to get this resolved. FORTY+ CALLS for medication that I was told would be prescribed after an appointment I already completed. I have spoken repeatedly with a woman at the nurses' station who has been incredibly kind and helpful, and I absolutely want to acknowledge her. She has sent message after message and email after email trying to help me. Unfortunately, she apparently cannot make the responsible provider actually respond and resolve the problem. I have also called the on-call number multiple times, left messages, and still have not received appropriate follow-up. This is completely unacceptable. I have been a patient here for OVER 10 YEARS. I should not have to repeatedly call a medical practice, chase down providers, communicate back and forth with a pharmacy, leave unanswered messages with an on-call service, and practically beg someone to properly handle a prescription after I already completed the appointment they REQUIRED me to have. I originally called about this problem on SEPTEMBER 3. Today is SEPTEMBER 16, and because I still do not have the correct medication and am continuing to have problems with my ear, I am now having to seek medical treatment elsewhere just to receive care for something I contacted my own doctor about nearly two weeks ago. That is absolutely ridiculous. The lack of communication, follow-through, urgency, and continuity of care has been shocking. My experience has raised serious concerns for me about how this practice handles telehealth visits, prescriptions, patient messages, and after-hours/on-call concerns. After more than a decade as a patient, I expected considerably better. I am extremely disappointed and will be filing a formal complaint regarding this entire experience.
