They have a fabulous, varied, top quality Dim Sum menu that is all prepared in house but is only served until 5pm. The full menu is enormous! What a selection! Over 200 dishes to choose from! They do all usual favourites sweet and sour, black bean etc although I haven't tried them myself. I went for Dim Sum and Crispy Pork the first time and was astonished at the quality. The crispy pork is as good as you get on Gerard Street in London and the Cheung Fun were heavenly. In fact they are both the best I have tried outside of Chinatown and before then Hong Kong. The second time I got a take away to share with friends and again all dishes were of the highest caliber, everyone agreed. We had the Singapore Vermicelli, Poached Chicken, Salt and Chilli Squid, Pak Choi and garlic and the wonderfully named Three Roasties a selection of Roast Duck, Char Siu Pork and Crispy Pork. sigh just fantastic. Nothing was too much and happiness radiated from them with an addictive vibe. I ordered the antipasti plate as my starter, which was a selection of meats with bruschetta and chopped tomatoes. The meats were a little oily, but I understand that is the traditional way, and the bruschetta was to die for. When mixed together in one mouthful it was an explosion of taste... Juicy fresh tomatoes, the bite of garlic, the crunch of bruschetta and the smooth texture of the meat. Excellent starter, highly recommended. For my main I had a dish off of the specials board which was filet steak, in peppercorn sauce, with potatoes and vegetables. The vegetable came to share with the other guest on the table and it included Brussels, green beans, carrots and onions (unfortunately I didn't get a picture quick enough). The steak was cooked perfectly to medium rare and the texture melted in my mouth like every good steak should. 100% perfect. The peppercorn sauce was creamy and also had the perfect bite of pepper. The potatoes were roasted to perfection. Also, a delicious bottle of wine, served very professionally topped off the whole meal. We had a party of 3 and everyone had a starter, a main and we ordered two beers and a bottle of wine. The total was £80 and it was worth every penny. The only downside was the noise as the walls bounced it off from every direction with the room being an open space. But you can't complain too much because it's expected for such a popular restaurant, and good on them to fill up with so many people. I hear every night is extremely full and we have previously tried to walk in another time to find that they had no tables available unless we waited quite a while. So make sure you reserve a table in advance so you don't end up disappointed. You won't regret it! Best restaurant in Cottingham right now.

LED lights and black\chrome fittings are not my thing - I prefer the old back street curry house place. Having said all that you will notice the 4 stars, the reason for that is very good food and great service. Yes it was a tuesday night, yes there was perhaps 5 other tables taken but I think you can tell when a place cares about its customers and wants to see those customers become regulars. Quick pint at the bar and explanation that one of the guys in our group hadnt had Indian food much so would want a very mild meal. We had usual papad and dips - OK Chicken and Lamb tikka, Dhall soup - very good. Chicken Ceylon (madras style but with more coconut and lots of black pepper) Chicken Passada ( for the newbie) Chicken Rogan 3 rice 2 Naan - 1 stuffed paratha Channa massala , Saag Aloo 6 pints 3 large brandies All very good, plenty of meat, all tasted fresh.
