As a teacher, I contributed to the damage by breaking 2 ink pens in the master bedroom. The carpet on our stairs was flat. Well, I have been doing things on our home improvement list all year and it was time to get going on the carpet before the holidays. The last guy I called came in with a quote and then added a fortune for the areas I wanted him to actually work on. I put him out!! THEN came SQUEAKY CLEAN------ From the very beginning with the phone call, I got the Louisiana welcoming family feeling. They listened to me and took notes!! When I got the recap, I just prepared my heart for the shock. It was the same price as advertised! I chose the scent and a little spot cleaner for the ink. I even added 2 classroom rugs because they needed to be freshened up. The technician let me know when he hit a little traffic and I knew that communication meant I would be happy with the results. I can't describe how comfortable I was with staying out of the way to let him work. My whole experience with Heaven's Best has been awesome. Getting a quote, setting up an appointment, asking questions. They were always easy to get ahold of and very helpful. Today Brad took a few minutes to ask me about the floors/carpets and give me advice on future care before getting to work and transforming our floors in just a few hours.
