Within an hour of contacting him, he visited the location and gave me a very reasonable quote on such short notice. Shortly after, Rock arrived to inspect the space and got to work right away. He was incredibly professional, kind, and meticulous. He laid down tarps throughout the area to prevent any mess and made sure everything was set up perfectly before painting even began. I have high ceilings and wanted an accent wall in one of the rooms, which can be a challenge--but Rock handled it flawlessly. The entire process took two days. They started early and worked efficiently, wrapping up around 5-6 PM each day. Throughout the process, Rock sent me progress photos, and the lines were absolutely perfect--especially around outlets and light switches, which really shows the level of detail and care he puts into his work. He was also incredibly respectful of my apartment building, keeping noise to a minimum and making sure the space was well-ventilated so there was no overwhelming paint smell. Two full coats were applied, and the end result was beautiful. The space looked elevated, clean, and polished. In both instances, we received fair quotes and top notch outcomes. In an effort to save us money, Jose recommended that I just go to Home Depot and get a soft washer to clean the exterior of my house myself instead of hiring him to do it. Again, that just shows how he is interested in what's best for his clients and he isn't concerned with lining his pockets. I had tille removed from walls and I thought for sure we would have to replace the drywall - they used such care that it is not necceaary - just some sanding. I have had a lot of work done at the house by numerous vendors none of which come anywhere close to the attention to detail and care taken to cover/rprotect my house from the work being completed. Furthermore, they are so punctual. They said they would be at the house at 8am and they are not a minute early or a minute late. They also leave on time so you can plan your day. Also, they basically refuse to park in your driveway eventhough I offer to make their job easier. Totally appreciated because feeling trapped in the house is not a good feeling. I should not say this because I plan on hiring them again in the future, but the price has been too good to be true for the quality of work and attention to detail.
