I have utilized the interior and exterior detailing services of NEXUS for two consecutive years…read more So, I am a repeat customer. By the way, NEXUS is now a mobile-only detailing service, i.e., they come to your residence or location of choice. NEXUS is no longer sedentary. I had both of my vehicles "serviced" within the last 30 days from the time of this writing. The same employee from NEXUS came to my residence and performed the detailing. I would like to recognize him. His first name is Jose. Jose provided excellent craftsmanship and skill. He is meticulous and takes his time (4 to 5 hours for both interior and exterior detailing). He does not rush anything. Both the interior and exterior of my vehicles sparkled. The outside could have been used for a mirror! The pricing, which can vary, was reasonable for interior/exterior detailing for the size of the vehicles I own. The cost per vehicle was $150 for both interior and exterior detailing. That is a good price, comparatively speaking. I will use NEXUS Auto Detail again.

I took my Tesla there because they advertise as an EV and hybrid shop and should have suspicious…read morewhen I was given a 9:00 appointment for the next day. Rather than simply fixing the AC as requested and charging me labor and parts they spent an entire day "diagnosing" the system, as well as every other inch of the car, including photographs and a fancy software print out. Of course they recommended several unrelated (and unneeded) services which were thousands of dollars. At this point I was informed they would charge me $358 for the diagnosis unless I engaged them to do the repair. After another 6 hours (the next day) trying to figure out when they could start and if they could get the parts, with no assurance of when it would be ready, I withdrew authorization and paid them their diagnostic charge to get my car back. I'd stay away.

I've been meaning to write this review for a while now. It's been about 2-3 months since my wife…read moreand I were rear-ended, and dealing with the driver who was at fault and his insurance company was a nightmare. They were extremely difficult to get ahold of and would sometimes take 3-4 days just to respond to an email. It took them almost 1.5 months to just let us shop around for a shop to repair. Our rear bumper was cracked, and after finally getting a response from the insurance company, they sent us a $1,000 check to cover the repairs. Unfortunately, after shopping around, I quickly realized that $1,000 wasn't nearly enough to get the job done properly. That's when I reached out to Roland Auto Collision. The owner was extremely helpful and made the whole process easy. James the owner and his crew also found that the frame was damaged also. He told me to simply bring the car in, provide the accident policy number, and they would handle the rest directly with the insurance company once the repairs were completed. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. Roland Auto Collision took the stress out of both the repairs and dealing with the insurance company. They were professional, helpful, and made sure everything was taken care of. Roland Auto Collision is hands down the place to go if you need collision repairs or help dealing with insurance! A++ all around. Highly recommend!

A lot of people look up headlight restoration without ever understanding what they're actually…read morelooking up, and I hope my review will lead some of those people into the light. To begin, headlight restoration is literally one of the most time consuming things (if done right) you can do, and it's a skill that few people can just pick up and do well enough to earn a living. I've been an automotive 'expert' in all facets for nearly thirty years, doing everything from car stereos to rebuilding engines, and I've tried restoring headlights twice, I gave up both times. A proper job requires a LOT of sanding over the range of grits, followed by a LOT of polishing/buffing with varying compounds just to make the headlights look even decent, then you still have to finish the process, seal them, and apply a protectant. To get them looking 'new' takes way more than a $30 kit you buy at the store or some guy with a can of WD40 and shoe polish. You absolutely get what you pay for and if you're paying less than $200, you're getting a half wet sanded lens that will fog up and yellow within weeks, if not sooner. Diamond Brite is the only company from my research anywhere in the greater Metro area who does every required step, from wet sanding with numerous stages from coarse to fine, to very fine, then on to polishing, then buffing, then sealing. There absolutely is no one else locally who does this process properly, completely, and thoroughly. Yes, you can pay less, and you can also return to that person and pay them again, and again, and again, and still never get the job done right. You can buy new headlights, but even if you have a car that has cheaper lamp assemblies, you're still paying way more than you would for the right restoration job. Most cars though you're looking at $400-1600 each for new units unless you buy some Chinese knockoff lamps that are not OEM regulated and use inferior materials, leading you to need to restore them even sooner than the original equipment light. It's your car, and therefore your choice. But if you've decided you want to have your headlights restored to their original condition, why cut corners? Why pay half as much for half the job? Why let someone who's inexperienced do a job that you'll approve of until they drive away, then need to have it redone again and again? Diamond Brite does the job right, the first time, and stands behind it. For that peace of mind, not to mention the enhanced value, safety, and visibility you'll get out of your car, is it really worth it to pay any less?
