My husband and I have been booking limousine rides with Masterpiece Limousine for over 20 years. The limousines are beautiful and in great condition and clean. The owner, Eddie, goes above and beyond to make sure we have a great experience each time. The drivers are always very personable and polite. on April 26, 2025, I booked a limousine to share with my best friends in celebration of my birthday and had a grand time in Temecula wine tasting. The driver was polite and he drove very safely. It was one of the best days ever. Maggie Bienkowski read more

I would recommend these folks all day everyday! They did everything they could to make our wedding the best it could be. They did a great job of assisting me in scheduling our hectic pick up/drop off schedule but remained flexible for any changes that we had. And our driver Rob was outstanding. 10/10 I would recommend Masterpiece. read more

From beginning to end, we were well taken care of. Our driver (Dave) was puntual, professional and accommodating. His suggestions for restaurants and sightseeing aligned with our ideas for the day. It was a beautiful and relaxing cruise along the coast. We explored several gems, I didn't even know existed, in San Diego. Such a great way to play tourist in our own town. The ride was comfortable and our driver was excellent! I'll be referring Masterpiece Limousine Services to others and will use them for my future needs. Thank you for your exceptional customer service! -Tania read more

Do yourself a favor and book these guys!!! David was our driver and he was prompt and very friendly. The 30+ person vehicle they provided was awesome and perfect for our wedding party. I really can't recommend Masterpiece Limo enough. read more

If you need transportation arrangements for a large group of people, look no further. Masterpiece were great to work with to transport our wedding guests to and from our wedding venue on the day of. due to our guest count and lack of confirmation until the last minute from several guests, they were able to help us put together a package that provided sufficient transportation but not excessive. We had a limo, a getaway car and 2 limo buses. The limo buses appear to have been the highlight for our guests at the end of the event due to the more social environment compared to regular charter buses. They were punctual and communicated well and I highly recommend this company for your transportation needs. read more

Eddie is an absolute gem!! Used them for a ride to and from the airport. Their SUVs are top notch. PERFECT interior temperature, smooth ride and very punctual. When I checked in for my return flight the airline informed me that they rebooked me on a different flight that had me landing a couple hours earlier that originally anticipated. I, of course, reached out to Eddie who handled it all and picked me up on time. You can't find any better service than that! I HIGHLY suggest them to anyone who needs their service be it for a simple airport ride, wedding, VIP trip to a concert, prom etc. You will get some top notch service! read more

Since my daughter's wedding has been postponed due to Covid, I wanted to do something special for the day the wedding was to have taken place. Eddie and his crew were recommended through a friend and the experience was exceptional. To surprise the bride and groom on what would have been their wedding day, I arranged a drive-by caravan of friends and family. I booked the stretch limo to arrive after the parade to the absolute delight of the bride and groom to take them to dinner and sightsee. Arthur was their driver and they said their evening was perfect. I wholeheartedly recommend Masterpiece Limousine, and look forward to booking for future events! read more

We used Masterpiece for a brewery tour last week and David was our driver. He was fantastic and the company was fantastic. David was running late (due to traffic) and was great with his communication. David gave us a quick run down of the vehicle and let us ladies do our thing. The company also provided us a free upgrade due to the size of our group and that was amazing. I think booking was really easy and they gave us some great suggestions for breweries to go to. We ended up going longer than expected and David was great about it. I will definitely use this company again in the future. read more

After changing our wedding plans for what seemed like the 10th time, we needed some last minute transportation to and from our ceremony. April was extremely helpful and was able to arrange to meet our needs perfectly! The drivers were prompt and courteous and the company was a please to work with. I would definitely recommend this company for your transportation needs. read more

I got a 30 passenger bus from Mira Mesa to Temecula for a day of wine touring last month for my 40th bday.. Mike was our driver and was awesome!! He was very accommodating and always punctual. I created a best case scenario agenda of wineries and we made it to all of them! I worked with Eddie in setting up everything and he gave me an amazing deal!! I priced him against a bunch of other companies and his was the best price. Made me nervous the quality of bus I was getting....but the bus was on point! Music worked, place for trash, cubbies to store ice and drinks, dancing pole (which we all utilized on the way back) and bathroom. I would definitely go with this company again! All my friends enjoyed themselves as well with no complaints. The earlier the better because a lot of wineries don't allow big buses after 2 (or at least the ones I wanted to go). read more

Quite literally the most unprofessional business I've ever attempted to work with. I'll stick to the facts here and let the reader form their own opinion. I had to call/message/email this business (without exaggeration) 20 something times before reaching the conclusion that they did not have the bus available for the time slot I needed. I was told that something was being held for me just to get let down at the last possible moment when it actually was not available. This was across 10 days of attempting to figure something out. If you like unresponsive staff, empty promises of callbacks, and wondering whether your transportation will even show up, then this is the company for you. Otherwise, I suggest you take your money to a transportation company that cares (San Diego Party Tours is great). This one very clearly does not. read more

I thought I had reserved a limo with another company. When I couldn't verify it, I started calling limo companies on google. When I got to Masterpiece Limousine, Edie was more interested in helping me find my other company rather that just booking a new customer. He gave me 4 phone numbers because he knew who they were, as well as his personal number. No luck with them, so I called Edie back booked two great trips locally. His drivers were excellent. His prices were very reasonable. I'll be back the next time I need a ride. read more

I was very disappointment with this company as we hired them over many other companies because they assured us if we had global entry that we could come back in the "fast" lane from Valle de guadalupe vs. the regular lane .... The driver never communicated the options with us and took us to another border crossing which then landed up taking over 5 hours to get home. We also paid a premium for this service that we never actually received. read more

Back in 8/2015 in what will sound like a made up story, my best friend was abandoned in Mexico. She went with some guy, they both had a bit to drink, etc. They got in a fight and he abandoned her in a war zone, no hotel key, no transportation, non functional phone, didn't speak the language. I tried calling Mexican cab companies but they couldn't understand me. I moved to black cars in the U.S. but most wouldn't travel to that area due to safety. Masterpiece Limo ended up being our savior. An angel called Abe knew the neighborhood well and was not only willing to get her, we worked out a communication plan (since it was a dead zone) and he gave timelines and once near the border kept me updated on my friend's condition and progress back toward San Diego. Not dying alone in Mexico was such a landmark moment in her life that we joke about making a movie about it and speculate who should play Abe (I'm being played by Devon Aoki if anyone is interested). Anyway you can't merely say that Abe went above and beyond. He LITERALLY SAVED HER LIFE. We tipped handsomely but all he really asked for was a positive Yelp review. Fast forward five years, I just found this in my drafts folder while writing a review for another company. Abe, my man, I am so sorry. You are amazing. We both owe you enormously. If you are ever in Chicago let me buy you dinner. Or if you are in danger in a foreign country please call me, I will drop everything and come save you. I hope you own the company by now, but otherwise please show this to your boss and I hope he gives you a big bonus. read more

I'm not one to write reviews but this is a must! We booked with Eddie last month for a wine tour & it was off the charts fun, popped a couple of bottles of Vueve in the driveway before we got started because we were on a mini vacation! Eddie hooked it up again this month for a triple birthday celebration. Great service, good people, prompt, courteous & so accommodating- our group would love to book regular outings & leave the driving to Masterpiece! So much fun to be pampered & enjoy each others company instead of needing DDs, we typically roll 10-14 deep, so several vehicles is not bueno! Mike you were the coolest driver ever! I had a lot of questions and I got all of them answered. Eddie made the booking process simple. On the day of, he called to check in and confirm he had all the correct information! We booked Masterpiece Limo about a week before our Nov 30 wedding.. PLEASE READ THE WHOLE REVIEW! I know it's long but I want to share our AMAZING experience with them :) If not, I can tell you right now that their customer service is FIRST CLASS, their prices are the best deal and their limos are TOP NOTCH! If you don't read the rest of review.. that's all you gotta know! :) Let me start off with my initial phone call.. I spoke with Eddie.. who I believe is also the manager. He was so polite and answered all of my questions. We only needed the limo as transport from the hotel (the Hard Rock in Downtown) to the church (the Immaculata at USD). Just big enough for myself and our parents to get to the church and with my hubby and our parents after the ceremony.. We had also inquired about their hummer limos, which fit more people.. and although fairly priced, it personally was just not in our budget. So we decided on the black lincoln limo. He explained that they do have a 4 hr minimum during the weekends for weddings.. but since we really only need the limo from about 1-3:30.. which is less than 4 hrs, he offered to send a limo to pick us up from our reception location.. a "getaway car".. which is normally an additional fee, but he would only charge us for the 4 hr minimum package we initially inquired about.. he explained he wanted us to get our full money's worth and he also didn't want to charge us for a full 4 hrs that we really didn't need. So we went ahead and booked a 9 passenger lincoln limo with the free "getaway car" at the end of the night.. Since he knew our reception was on base (Admiral Kidd at Point Loma) Eddie also had the vehicle information ready for me to submit for the security list, and I didn't even have to ask! Now comes the big day.. which is exactly why I'm writing this essay of a review.. We get out of the hotel.. walk out looking for the limo and people passing by that see me in my wedding dress yell that there's a limo around the corner.. so we turn the corner but all I see is a white hummer limo.. nice, but we had booked a black lincoln. So I'm thinking to myself that our limo is late. But no, that was our limo.. we had been upgraded for free! NICE!! Our driver, Sarah, helped everyone into the limo.. She even picked up my dress and veil off the floor and made sure everyone, especially the girls in their long dresses who were wearing heels got into the limo all right.. we were able to fit more people in too.. The only thing is i wish i had checked my phone sooner, cause I guess they had called me.. if i had known sooner we got upgraded then I would've had more of my bridesmaids (I had 13) ride with us.. we had SO MUCH space. I believe we were able to fit more than 10 people in there.. we were even able to have our photographers ride with us so we got a lot of limo shots. When we got to the church, Sarah even got down to go look for my coordinator to make sure it was "safe" for me to get out of the car.. then she stayed and kept me company til it was time for start of ceremony. After the ceremony, she was there on time and waited for us to take pictures outside of the church then got us back to the hotel for more pictures after.. At the end of night, we were expecting to get picked up in a regular sedan.. since it was just going to be hubby and I.. but they sent us the hummer limo again (which really helped in transporting our gifts) and with the limo came Sarah! She was GREAT! She even came down and went into the venue to let us know she was there when ever we were ready.. Then when we got to the hotel, she flagged down the bell hop, gave them attitude cause they were moving too slow and even helped them load our gifts onto their cart! A-class service right there! And of course she topped it off with a big hug and a warm "congratulations"! I couldn't have had a better experience on our wedding day! From the moment I talked to Eddie on the phone to the very last moment with our driver Sarah.. it just added to our already special day. Aside from their absolutely AMAZING customer service, the limo was of course clean, air conditioned. roomy.. had all those funky light controls.. There was even a bunch of bottled water for us in there, which really helped since everything was just going by so fast! I will def go to them if ever we need limo services again! So if you're shopping around for a limo for your wedding or special event, give Masterpiece a call.. I'm sure they'll take care of you like they did us :) THANK YOU EDDIE!! AND THANK YOU SARAH! YOU GUYS ROCK! read more

Masterpiece Limo is good people. I've used them twice, both for wine tasting trips to Temecula. I knew I liked Masterpiece the first time my friend booked them because our driver was wearing tight pants and cowboy boots. Totally awesome. She said it was about $300 for five hours, which is not bad at all split between 8 girls that can be comfortably squeezed into a limo (except for the ones who are passed out and making things difficult), so I booked them again for the birthday of one of my besties. Our driver this time was "Mr. P," who showed us a great time. The limo was stocked with glasses and they even had ice for us. I love the blue lights - makes the limo feel fancy at a very affordable price. Mr. P took us to two wineries and when our time was almost up, he offered us one last stop at his favorite winery, which happened to be the best part of the trip. Eddie was a little tough to get a hold of the first couple of times I called him to make a limo reservation, but he and his crew are great and I will absolutely use them again. read more

As a part of bride and groom's wedding party, I witnessed an unfortunate tardy pickup even though the reservation was booked a month in advance. To our surprise the limo bus did not arrive until 430pm, e.g. 45 minutes late. Prior to the tardiness, one of the groomsmen called Masterpiece Limousine to verify the scheduled pick up. Per the conversation, Masterpiece Limousine stated they are aware of the pickup and will arrive as scheduled. As a result of the late pickup, the wedding was delayed by 30 minutes. After the wedding, both the groom and bride and Eddie (owner of Masterpiece Limousine) discussed the issues on hand to identify the bottleneck(s). Both parties came to an understanding given that the wedding was still a wonderful event despite the minor miscue. read more

We had a white hummer limo rental for our wedding, the hummer was in great condition. The driver was this old man who seemed to want to smoke more than anything. He was kind and polite, however, you could tell he was trained to be nice. I couldn't complain too much about the limo because we got a good deal, but if it weren't for the good deal this would be a 2-star rating... because in the midst of my bridal party being transported after the ceremony to the reception. the most horrible thing happened... THE A/C gave out and STOPPED working! I was so uncomfortable in my dress in the HOT August Summer San Diego Weather... it would have been perfect but there was no drinks inside and we had to travel with 30 minutes with wind messing up our costly hair updos. This was not the business... I wish they could have given us a better limo knowing that there could have been something wrong with the A/C. I'm just disappointed. read more

After my father passed away a couple of weeks ago, we were truly lost. It was unexpected and shocking. When I began making funeral arrangements, I didn't even think about transportation. But when a relative mentioned it, I knew I'd turn to Yelp to find a great company.. and I did. I was in contact with Eddie at Masterpiece Limousine and right away, he assured me that he could take good care of my family. He had a limo open for the day that we needed it and even offered to give us a great discount because we were needing all day transportation. Eddie worked with us and was extremely attentive. He was quick to get us the quote via e-mail and was great with calling back if I was unable to get a hold of him right away. I felt very comfortable giving him payment information and very comfortable knowing that he would be able to help us. I had explained to Eddie that we had a horrific experience with another limo company a few years back during my grandmother's funeral.. they nearly made us late getting there. I was so happy to find out that Eddie himself was our driver. He did his homework and mapped out the entire route to find our hard-to-find house and to get to the location of the funeral. The limo was fully stocked with water bottles, which was excellent. Also, he allowed my husband to sit up front with him, as the hubby has a tendency to get car sick easily. My hubby actually really enjoyed his conversations with Eddie... and that says a lot because my hubby usually isn't a big talker. And we were so thankful that Eddie was so kind to us. He really treated us like royalty. We got to the funeral quickly and were even a bit early. Eddie found the restaurant location for after the funeral quickly, even though I just gave him the address that morning. He even gave us a bit of a history on the restaurant, which was cool since I didn't know that it was the oldest Italian restaurant in LA. Well, in case my review is a bit confusing (can you blame me-- I've had a looong last couple of weeks), I will give you my reasons why I will recommend Eddie at Masterpiece Limousine to anyone and everyone: - Eddie is a class act -- really one of the nicest people I have met in a long time. - Quick, courteous customer service. - Comfortable, luxurious limos. - Excellent and honest pricing. Eddie, thank you so much for treating my family like royalty on this extremely difficult day. You took good care of us and made the hardest day of my life just a little bit easier. And I really appreciate it. I wish I could do more than leave a 5-star review. But you do deserve each and every one of those 5 stars. read more

When I was shopping around for limos for my wedding, Masterpiece was one of the few companies that offered a to-and-from service (meaning, not having to book a limo for 5 or 6 hours). I emailed Masterpiece, and Anthony quoted me $300, gratuity included. Our limo driver (I do not remember her name), was EARLY picking us up, and called me to confirm and let me know of her arrival. The limo itself was pretty much like any other limo I'd been in, which is fine, since I wasn't looking for some over the top vehicle with lights and glitter and top shelf booze. It was quite warm in the limo, though. Very small vents for the air conditioning. Booking was smooth and easy, the service was reliable. Should I have a need for a limo again, I'd definitely use Masterpiece in the future, and definitely recommend them to others. read more

If you want a good time call EDDIE!!! He will give you a night to remember!!! I promise... Masterpiece Limousine service is hands down the best around. A couple of months ago was my Hubby's birthday. After negotiating with Geoff at Limo Kings he contacted Eddie about renting with him since Geoff was unable to reserve the size limo we needed that night. Eddie honored our price and even gave us a Yelp discount. It was hands down the best service we could ever excepted. The day of the event, Eddie called me to confirm. He verified our address and even gave me the contact information of the driver. At 5:45 pm, I received a call from Bill (the driver) that he was right outside our door. We barely had time to finish our pre-party before we all hopped into the limo. First stop downtown, our driver Bill made sure that he opened the car door for us at every stop. This ensured that we did not get injured or walk into traffic. Bill was very professional and accommodating. He knew exactly how to get to every location and was kind enough to refill our ice supply during the evening. During certain points in the evening one of our guests needed to go back downtown to retrieve his car and Bill was more than willing to drop our friend off while we were inside the karaoke bar. We had a great night!!! Thank you so much Bill and Eddie!!! read more

EDDIE is AWESOME!!! I did tons of research for a wine tour in Temecula that I wanted to take with my best friends for my birthday, from the wineries to the limo. I relied on yelp to help me make most of my decisions and as far as limos go, MASTERPIECE LIMOUSINE was a GREAT choice for my event!! This was my first ever wine tour and I was clueless with everything. So like I said I did tons of research and finally called Masterpiece to book my limo, but first I wanted to check the fleets out, which was not a problem for Eddie. At the end of the day, I decided on the Hummer Limo because I wanted to go BIG for my best friends! I called Eddie to book it and he was just so HELPFUL. I told him it was my first time doing all this so I asked him what his favorite wineries were, I chose 1 of the 3 he recommended because I already had a list of my own, but I did choose his favorite, which was FUN! He also called the wineries for me to let them know we would be there, so I didn't really do anything, but call Eddie. hah! Anyways, the day of the event Eddie upgraded us to a LIMO BUS because he didn't want us to take the hummer limo due to battery problems. I was hesitant at first because it was a small group of people and I was thinking party bus. I decided to take up on his offer which was the best decision I made because it wasn't too small/big it was perfect at the end of the day. The bus was stocked with sodas, ice, glasses, and a bottle of champagne! Israel was our chauffeur and he was AWESOME! We didn't talk to him much towards our first two wineries, but he hung out for the third winery where we asked him "carne asada fries?" and he knew exactly where to go! We all ate, some slept, and the ride everywhere was smooth sailing!! This was all of our first time wine tasting and we had such an AMAZING time!! EDDIE definitely takes care of his customers and I would for sure book/recommend Masterpiece again for any other events!! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! read more

It doesn't get any better than this! At the time of booking, I had not done any review readings nor was I provided a recommendation for Masterpiece Limousine. In fact, I don't remember how I came about their number. But I am glad I did. First and foremost, the driver (Chris) was impeccable. Well dressed, extremely professional and well dressed. Unlike other drivers I have had in the past using other companies. The service requested was a general tourist like drive around San Diego for 11 hours. Although born and raised in San Diego, having a well informed driver with precision driving skills made the trip very pleasurable. At one point, Chris took us through the Hotel Del for a personal tour. The sort of tour one may have to pay for. We made plenty of stops, trolling around the city. Once we were done trolling, I simply made a call to Chris and within 5 minutes we were back in the car. Finding a place to park a 10 pax limo in Hillcrest and Old Town is no small feat. Further, Chris had made our reservations for breakfast and dinner. Both locations were extremely favorable and well worth the trip. I could go on about the experience with Masterpiece, but I will cut it short. USE THEIR SERVICE, you will not be disappointed and their value is second to none. read more

I agree with Geoffrey. I have had to use Masterpiece for last minute requests several times at the Hotel del Coronado, and 99% of the time he has been able to help us out. Thanks Eddie. read more
