Fast, honest, and friendly. Jacob is the man! I called to have 3 toilets installed. The operator offered a same-day appointment, which I took. I got a text that Jacob was on the way, picture included. He and his awesome Super Mario mustache arrived on time, provided an exact estimate of cost and time, and got straight to work. Jacob was respectful, nice to my VERY curious son, and worked hard to so the job right. At one point during the install, I got a text that another plumber was coming to assist. He too was very nice, showed a lot of respect, and wore a cool Mario mustache. What more could I ask for? read more

We had a gas leak and after a detection company found the leaks, they repaired it right after, and worked with me through the permitting and city inspection process. After the initial work 2 more leaks were found, and they were just as prompt, helpful, and understanding to assist with that as well. The price was more than fair and its rare to find such a responsive and easy to work with company in any trade. Thank you Mastercraft! read more

Mastercraft Plumbing was the first company to respond to my calls for estimates and was able to come by the same day to give me a preliminary quote. James, the initial estimator/salesperson got me scheduled the next day for a water pipe leak that I suspected to be in the wall somewhere based on a hissing leak sound without any visible water damage. Jeremy Nedrow the plumber who came out to do the leak detection and repair was very friendly and professional. He was very good to prep the area to control the mess and clean up after the work was done. This plumbing division is part of a larger home improvement/construction company. I was so impressed with both James and Jeremy that I also requested quotes for multiple repairs/projects that I need done. read more

Remodeling our master bathroom and removed the subfloor. So we needed the pipes for the toilet to be adjusted. Got an appointment with the install manager right away. He came over to take a look at our project. A couple days after, their installer came and did a great job on ensuring we would have a pipe that could fit the toilet we intended to buy and install. It didn't take as long as I thought it would and the cost for the labor and parts were also a great deal! We would highly recommend them to anyone ans may use them again for other projects we have going on in the house! read more

I am writing this follow-up review to let all viewers know that once the owner and his management team learned of my experience, I received 2 phone calls to let me know that this situation wasn't what was supposed to happen and that they were correcting things on their side to prevent it from reoccurring. They were very intent on making things right for me, and I appreciate that value that they place on making their customers happy. I feel that they have done that and more. What a refreshing difference between MasterCraft and their competitors. I will be giving them a call when I have the next project. Give these guys a call. I think you'll be happy you did. read more
