I have not only bought a car from MasterClass, I have brought that car back to have upgrades done to it and serviced. I won't bring it anywhere else. I am transporting the car from Atlanta to Miami just so they can do the work because they're the only team I trust. One example of how dedicated and enthusiastic they are about the work they do, Ronald, the owner, stayed until midnight on a Friday to finish my car so I could drive it long distance to Atlanta for my wedding. His team was working on the car until 9:00PM at which point Ronald took over completely to finish the job. We're talking big brake kit all around, new shocks and springs, new wheels/tires, A/C, replacing interior panels, replacing exterior trim, installing new exterior spolier and splitter, etc. Upon completion of the work, he then buffed and waxed the car until he was 100% comfortable with the final product. Masterclass Automotive is top-notch in every aspect. Not only is everyone exceptionally polite but they are extremely knowledgeable. It is family-owned and I certainly felt this as soon as I walked in. I arrived at about 1:00pm on Saturday and I was immediately greeted by an employee who accompanied me into the facility and helped me immediately. I went for a scratch on the front driver-side door of my BMW M5 which was evaluated by their Master Tech Ron Norat. Ron suggested wet sanding and polishing to see if he could minimize the effects of the scratch. I was expecting them to tell me to make an appointment and bring the car back but was pleasantly surprised when he said " I'll take it right now and let's see if we can make it look better". He meticulously worked on this scratch for about 30-45 minutes and then had me come into the work area to inspect his work which was exceptional! Here's the best part of the story .... when he hands me the keys and I ask how much I owe him he says " no worries, you don't owe me anything". After I did my search for a trustworthy BMW store I picked MasterClass Automotive that specializes in repair of all kind of European cars. My instinct was right, I am very happy with my choice and the services I received. Although they were already booked for a whole week, the receptionist managed to accommodate me for the same day after consulting with the technicians. This was very helpful since I had a problems with my engine and breaks. The Master Technician drove the car with me as soon as I arrived and was able to reach most of the diagnoses just by driving. He then completed the diagnostic work with the software and gave a detailed explanation of the problems and a few estimates. One estimate covered the most urgent and essential repairs, one was for a complete service and had some other options. I found the charges reasonable and chose the full service. My car was ready the following afternoon back to it's original shape. I am very happy about my choice, they are a very professional, courteous and knowledgeable company and nowadays this is sadly not a common situation. The whole group is excellent. Still going strong. Over the years I've taken a few of my cars to the shop and still satisfied. What I really like about these guys is options. They're in it for the long haul and don't have to meet "sales quotas" like the dealer service reps. They always give me options and a heads up about what should be done and considerations but never high pressure. It's very simple, a car is always going to be expense. Things breakdown, wear down so it's really only a matter of WHEN you're going to do the work. Like many people, you can wait until it breaks down and then costs you more. My experience was top notch. First time in, what I thought was a major problem with the suspension was solved during the initial inspection before I even left the car for service. Excellent and honest, my M5, had been giving problems, took it to BMW, dealership, it came out even worst. After three visits, and ultra expensive repair cost, I was r ecommended Masterclass.
