Hello Luis, It's disappointing that you are not telling the full truth in your reply. What truly happened is we had an appointment time of between 9-10am. After you had not arrived by 10:30 am, I had to text you to find out why you haven't arrived at our agreed-upon appointment time. You expressed you were having mechanical problems and would be at my home by noon the same day. At 12:25 pm when you still had not arrived by the rescheduled time, I texted you that your services were no longer needed. Your termination of services had nothing to do with me not being able to wait a couple of hours. My problem with your company is you gave me two different appointment times and didn't meet either obligation. More importantly, you never called to inform me you would be late. I had to contact you both times you were not here by the agreed-upon time. In my opinion, your lack of communication in this situation was unprofessional and not providing all the details in your reply is as well. read more

Luis and company are absolutely outstanding! They can do just about anything. We did an extensive update on our house preparing it for sale. Master Services handled almost all of it. They painted the entire interior as well as some exterior, laid flooring and carpet, repaired some pretty extensive drywall damage, painted kitchen cabinets, installed faucets and replaced siding. When some plumbing issues popped up (unrelated to their work) Luis got someone out immediately to repair it. They even helped me install some hard to reach lighting (which wasn't even part of our arrangement). They accomplished all of this in 3 weeks for a very reasonable rate. We had Luis clean the carpets of our new home and we were so pleased with the result! It took no time at all (about an hour and a half for a two story home) and the carpets looked great. We had to move the time a bit due to some scheduling issues but they were very flexible and understanding. It did take a while for them to dry completely but I blame that on the soggy weather. On Friday 4/15/16, I gave Queen City Master Services a call after seeing the outstanding reviews on the Yelp app. They were there at my house the next day to clean my carpets. Now I have not had my carpets cleaned in 4 years and the looked like a herd of bulls came running through. Now I thought it was going to be a challenge for Luis to get a lot of the stains out like ( sharpie ink, high traffic footprints, marker stains, spilled drinks ). He looked at me and said " No problem. I will let you know when I'm done." 2 hours later, he was done. He had all of my carpets looking brand spanking New like they were just installed from the carpet shop. I got on my hands and knees to look were the heavy stains were and all of them were gone. This is the best carpet cleaning service I have had yet so far and for the $$$, you can not beat it. He definitely will be coming back for the next time I need my carpets cleaned. read more
