We were having plumbing issues at our house, and when the plumber, Renal, arrived, we explained where the problem was--near the bathrooms. Instead of focusing on that area, he walked around the property and decided to work on a drain near the curb, far from the affected pipes. Before we left, we asked for an estimate. He told us the job would cost between $235 and $285. We left a check with my tenant, instructing them to pay up to $300 once the work was complete. About 30 minutes later, Renal called to say there was a complication and claimed he needed to bring in someone with a camera. Then he told my tenant that we had agreed to pay $350, which we had not. In the end, he did not resolve the plumbing issue at all. He worked on the wrong drain--completely unrelated to the actual clog. We later hired another company at a much reasonable price that quickly fixed the problem by clearing the pipes outside the house, near the bathrooms. We felt misled and overcharged for work that was never completed. Based on our experience, it seems like the company's customer service has declined significantly, and we found their behavior to be both disappointing and dishonest. read more

The two technicians who were sent out were the most respectful and knowledgable of any service people I've ever worked with. They were sure to ask my name and were extremely polite and helpful. Before they came in the door, both techs put protective covers over their shoes, wore a mask the entire time, and laid a drop cloth on our kitchen floor. They were fixing a building issue that resulted in my kitchen sink filling up and leaving standing water. The techs not only cleared the drain, they left the sink as clean if not cleaner than before the issue began. Our pipes were hammering within the walls every time we turned turned on a faucet, flushed the toilet, or used any water. When we contacted Kenneth, he was very responsive and had the experience to suspect the home's pressure regulator. At the same time, he was not arrogant to just replace parts without doing proper diagnosis. When his team arrived at the home, they hooked up gauges to measure pressure and check the response when trying to adjust the pressure regulator. Doing so identified the pressure regulator was unresponsive and failed. His crew proceeded to replace pressure regulator and thoroughly checked the home to ensure the problem was resolved. I also like the fact that they wore shoe covering when entering the home to keep our flooring and carpet clean. Kenny came the next day and completely resolved the issue in minimum time, The project was made more difficult due to the single drain system in our sink; the only drain ran thru the disposal. They're very professional and provide a great service. I've had the pleasure of working with Kenny and this other guy (I can't remember his name!!! But he was a very sweet Japanese guy).
