Chris spent a half hour on the phone selling the value of what they were doing. In the end, they beat the other guys by over $1000 on a $12,000 job, I got a better quality pike, and got the work done the very next day. They didn't leave a mess behind and that was important to me. Chris was on site to make sure it went well. There are a lot of fake reviews out there, but this is not one of them. If I need a plumber again (and I'm sure I will) I'm calling Pink Plumbing.

For my outdoor faucets, they also used a "quarter-turn" or ball valve which generally offers better reliability and is more durable than traditional globe valves. Ball valves' simple design, with a rotating ball acting as the valve, reduces the likelihood of leaks and wear compared to globe valves which rely on a washer and friction fit. I just had Scott with AZ Hydro Jet out at my house to hydro jet and camera my main line. First of…read moreall I called several plumbing companies and was quoted $900-$1500 for this service! When I found AZ Hydrojet on google offering the service for $300 I was a little suspicious that it was too good to be true. Scott called me back right away and discussed the issues I was experiencing with my plumbing (main line blockage) and what he would do to inspect it. He has a truck mounted system so it's the real deal, not just some guy with a cheap pressure washer spraying my lines. I had a blockage about 6 months ago and that plumber just snaked the lines to clear it, it worked for a short time and the problem came back. That company wanted to camera my lines for $450. When Scott said he will camera it for FREE with the hydro jet service I was sold. Scott came out the next morning (today) and cleared the clog right away. He discovered a tree root growing into my main line near the sewer, not great news but at least I have an answer and know what I need to do to fix the problem. He never tried to up sell me or pressure me to spend more money on additional services. In fact he doesn't even do replacement or repairs like that, he just finds the problem and clears the line. He used a sensor to detect the problem area and marked in the yard where I'll have to replace the pipe. I feel like he was very straight forward and honest with what was going on. Now I know where all the pipes run in my yard and that the ones under my house are in decent enough shape so I won't have to worry about them for some time. The pipes in the yard are another story but at least I know how to proceed and can get accurate quotes from plumbers on exactly what the problem is and where the lines are that need replacing. I told Scott I couldn't find much info on his company or reviews online and he said he's not a big web guy, most of his business is referrals and plumbers contracting him to do this type of work on their jobs. I told him I was going to do a review anyway because I was really happy with the work he performed and the price he did it for. this is company is the worst plumber i've ever had to deal with in my entire life. this plumber…read morecame to the house i rent through a property management. they came to fix a shower faucet. the plumber stated he couldn't fix the faucet. without considering the outcome proceeded to attempt to fix the leak anyway. he cut a hole in the shower and took apart the faucet after stating he couldn't fix it. he then left after stating he has to notify the property management that they need to send another plumber. due to this horrible plumber not able to fix faucet, we have no water. called the main office and explained my disgust in their service, the receptionist then transferred me to the owner jon. jon immediately stated to me that first the conversation was going to happen his way. i've been is sales and customer service for 22 plus years and you never tell an irate customer that. he refused to try to find a resolution. this so called owner was only concern on how he wanted the conversation to go his way. i treated him the way that any selfish, egotistical person should be treated. without respect. any plumber knows, if you can't fix a plumbing issue, you never leave people without water. this owner doesn't care about peoples well being, just his ego. the owner couldn't leave anything alone decided to call me back when i was calling the property management myself to try to fix this so called plumbers error. jon, then again tryed to display his ego telling me i don't appreciate being spoken the way i spoke to him because he knew i was right. do not use this plumber. they are the worst and shouldn't have a contractor license.

They were able to get a hold of the next available plumber to go look at the problem that day! The plumber called me and explained that my water heater might be under warranty. I first thought that warranties are a waste of time, but the plumber assured me that it was easy. He wanted to see if he can save me money. Wow! What great service! When he came back, it was a different experience. The wrong type of tape and pipe connector was used for a gas pipe that he installed in our kitchen. He used a type tape and a connector for water not gas. The wrong pipe connector type was not noticed until maintenance was being done. Bo discussed personal and political issues which isn't professional. He was there to do a job. He left the work area a mess and didn't attempt to clean up. Bo didn't appear to want to work. When he first arrived, he said he was unable to shut the main gas line off. We had to do it. He didn't have any WD-40 or other type of lubricant to complete the job, fortunately we had some available.
