DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! my expierence with them was horrible. Art the owner was nice but he out sources, and hires unprofessional moving people. THEY or course have a 3 hour minimum hour contract plus double mile's driving time. The mover took forever to wrap a few things plus we didnt have a house full of stuff ( we have already did over half the work for them) THEY MILKED THE 3 hours. while they took a lot of cigaret breaks, I was upset , I called Art ,expressed my concerns also asked him NOT to call his guys but he did!!!. when we got to my storage the mover was pissed off they started to argue with my husband than came at me. Responsive and completed the work but movers were not as prepared for quick, hard work as other moving companies I've used. Be careful about estimate. They underestimated the time for my job and it was almost double of quote. Be aware that there is no cap to their hourly rate and that could be very expensive. Needed to move my queen bed frame and mattress and side tables to my mom's house 45 minutes away. Called and they were able to come the next day. Art explained how much it'll exactly cost and the amount of people needed to do the move. The moving team came in and they were very respectful and quiet and efficient and got everything dismantled and loaded onto the truck in less than one hour. I wouldn't recommend unless you want to pay over double what you intended to pay. They wrap everything with cellophane several times. Even things that aren't fragile like paper shredders. This takes a long time. I did the same move two years ago and it took four hours. It took 8.5 hours this time. The price also changed from the first time. I spoke to the owner to the second time by $10 an hour. I normally expect Movers to be kind of big and strong and not that the workers didn't work hard, because they did, but they weren't really strong so that may have played into it taking longer. The owner claimed I had too much stuff but it all fit into 500 ft.² except for a few items on the patio and six storage tubs. And I didn't live cramped. Maybe they didn't send a big enough truck? This really isn't about the workers but about the business owner.l read more

I highly recommend Master Movers, they were professional, fast, and so careful during the whole process! I moved from a 1,200 sq ft apartment to another, and I was worried about the collection of large art frames, heavy furniture, couch, and giant elliptical, on top of 100+ boxes prepared in advance. I had 3 movers, they were exceptional. They made my largest LA move the best moving experience I've had since coming to Los Angeles. I shopped around a number of moving companies, and they almost all had some hidden fees on top of the hourly rate. When I spoke to Art at Master Movers, he was immediately straight up about all fees being inclusive in the hourly rate (with a 3 hour minimum, which is typical of any service I looked into). When the movers arrived on moving day Art specified when the clock started (which was shortly after arrival, and not something shady like before travel or something). Any items that already had minor chips, etc. was kindly pointed out to me to ensure everything would be delivered with no damage. It was relatively straight forward local move, and time-wise I wanted to keep it at 3 hours or less. Got what I wanted with Master Movers, will recommend! read more

We were moving our 4 bedrooms house with a lot of heavy and expensive furniture. The movers were very nice and friendly. The moving of heavy items was handled so professionally and carefully. I knew we were in good hands when even the smallest pieces of furniture were packaged well. We used their full packing service which included assembly, disassemble of all the beds. Since our house was 2 story and has stairs I know we made the right move on hiring Master Movers as I wouldn't trust anyone else with my furniture, paintings, fragile chandeliers. Art and his team were very accommodating from the beginning about scheduling the most convenient date of service for me. I was a little unsure of them at first as my daughter has a VERY heavy dining table (over 400 lbs) and it took 4 guys to take it down the stairs of our house and load it onto our truck.
