I watched as he used tools to enter the safe in less than 30 seconds. Upon entering the safe he suggested a "tune up" which I agreed was a good idea. He further explained that over time the tumblers inside the combination lock become worn and out of alignment. He also stated that the maintenance he would perform would solve any future problems with the lock. I watched as he removed the back panel and reset the internal mechanism back to the original combination. After completing his work, he tested the operation of the lock by dialing the combination several times. Each time he was successful opening the safe door. He then asked me to open the safe several times to ensure the safe was working properly and that I was satisfied with his work. Great service, would highly recommend to anyone needing a safe lock reset and repaired.

For context, I drive a Mazda that requires manufacturer key fobs, so the total came out to about $350. They were very upfront about the cost and explained that Mazdas can be a little tricky with keys. Now instead of one key that works half the time, I have three keys that work perfectly and a backup.
