First time she cut the wrong keys, luckily I checked them before I left and the man had to recut two more. She's not a Locksmith, which is a professional trade. *Do Not let her take your lockset apart! Last time I showed her the key I wanted a copy of, I asked her if she had the same key that I specifically wanted and she said she did. Before handing over my key I asked her to see the key blank she was going to cut for me to see if it was the same as I showed her, a simple Master brand padlock key. Shocker!! It was not. And Shocker #2, she was pissy about it. It was a generic key blank, different style and different color, that would work in my same Master padlock but it was not the same Master brand key I wanted. I have patronized the business several times, if you get one of the men to help you, you will be fine.

I watched as he used tools to enter the safe in less than 30 seconds. Upon entering the safe he suggested a "tune up" which I agreed was a good idea. He further explained that over time the tumblers inside the combination lock become worn and out of alignment. He also stated that the maintenance he would perform would solve any future problems with the lock. I watched as he removed the back panel and reset the internal mechanism back to the original combination. After completing his work, he tested the operation of the lock by dialing the combination several times. Each time he was successful opening the safe door. He then asked me to open the safe several times to ensure the safe was working properly and that I was satisfied with his work. Great service, would highly recommend to anyone needing a safe lock reset and repaired.

I had a key fob that's been half-working for about six months. By the time he finished, I had a brand new key fob and two freshly cut keys. He also offered to replace the battery in the old one. For context, I drive a Mazda that requires manufacturer key fobs, so the total came out to about $350. They were very upfront about the cost and explained that Mazdas can be a little tricky with keys. Now instead of one key that works half the time, I have three keys that work perfectly and a backup. The technician also suggested I try getting reimbursed through AAA or my insurance, which I appreciated. Fast service, professional, and everything works. Would definitely recommend.

Then another few days another text came saying he could come later that day. I responded asking for a phone call when he headed my way. I was shocked by his comments and told him I wasn't looking for charity and I had cash money and his reply was to go elsewhere as he had no time. Wow what a piece of work this person's job is mobile locksmithing. So my take is unless you have a High Dollar job for him you are out of luck. I would not recommend this business to anyone. Funny thing is I was able to find the blanks online. And it doesn't matter where I'm from if you wold have told me you had looked for them I might not have been as upset but you told me you were too busy making Mercedes Benz keys and my job wasn't worth your time. You could have tried to ask me for more information about the mailbox and I would have gladly given you that information that helped me find the blanks
