I would have to wait days and weeks for her to respond to my messages making us confused if shes even doing her job. If we had known this was the service we would be getting, we would not have used her. Even on the day of closing, she would not answer us when we needed her help and does not even have the decency to tell me she wasnt coming to closing. Most real estate agents will tell you "congrats" or something best of luck but she did not even say a word to us or show up. It was absolutely disgusting how unprofessional she is. She makes realtors look bad and being that this is a customer facing job, if you dont have the decency to respond to clients, you should look for a different field. Buying a house is a major milestone for most people and she has no care for others. After multiple attempts of asking her to communicate with us and her refusing to care, this is why I had to write this review to warn others. She does not care about her clients needs at all and is just there for her paycheck.
