Masters and other students in Hong Ik show positive attitude and great efforts and it has great impact to my boys. Meditation and breathing technic help my boys to control their anger and emotion. I love how they treat kids with respect, and my boys respect and admire masters very much. I have started to take Taekwondo class here recently, and I am loving it! I highly recommend the adult class too. We have learned so much from Taekwondo, and we are excited to learn more! We are so lucky to have such great Taekwondo school in this community!!

Unlike many other activities we have tried with our kids, we never have to force them to get ready for TKD. They look forward to their 2 classes per week. Last night they had their first belt testing and got their yellow stripe. One of our sons also got a trophy. They have a great way with kids and teaching them motivation, discipline, respect, focus & confidence. Looking forward to them attending for a long time. If it wasn't for Master Oh and his instructors, I would not have attempted to compete at the National US Open tournament. They know how to train champions. For anyone with younger children, I would DEFINITELY check out their open gym time to get a feel for the place. The facility is extremely clean and well-run, the equipment is in excellent condition, and I am conststantly impressed with how professional, creative, and genuinely happy to be there the instructors are- from Master Chung himself down, they all seem to LOVE teaching skills to children. (And not in a cheesy way!) I would definitely recommend the sports skills class to anyone with a child in the 2.5-5 year range. My niece is learning so much and becoming so much more confident in her abilities. Unlike other similar classes I've observed at other locations, Bruce Chung's makes sure that all the children in the class are engaged, with minimal time just sitting around waiting their turn. VERY pleased with this class!
