Had dual path air lift suspension bags installed, wrong system installed. Then to find out they pieced mine together the tech informed me. After getting the correct one installed. I was Charged extra for the correct system. Only $50. It was your mistake , you should have eaten it. Customer service and attitude would be a vast improvement there. Still doesn't work right. Master Hitch is the real deal. This is a busy shop, yet they are fast, professional, helpful, very reasonable priced as well. Tell them exactly what your needs are and they will sell/install exactly what you need. When I called, they had 17 customers in line for the day as a first come/first served wait time. I arrived 30 minutes after they opened and within one hour, I was out the door with my new 2 inch trailer hitch installed (without wiring or cutting of my bumper). They went over the do's and don'ts of weight limit etc. As other comments mentioned, they are busy but that does not mean they don't take the time to explain everything and provide you with fast, excellent service. Called around to several places to get pricing on a hitch and Master Hitch was the lowest so decided to go with them. I was told on the phone and when I dropped my vehicle off, I was told it would take 2 to 2 1/2 hours. I dropped it of first thing Saturday morning and even though there was 3 people in front of me, the job was done in 3 hours. When picking up the vehicle, Tom explained the type of hitch that was put on and why, told me the maximum amount the hitch and ball could haul. He also had one his employees switch the ball so the height of the ball would be 20" high versus 16" high which was very nice of him to do. He also explained the type of wiring system that was put on and also a little bit about the electric brake unit that had to be installed. The total price was what he quoted. read more

In at 4.20, out at 4.40 with new hitch for my 2018 Wrangler JL. I called ahead with a question on my Thule bike rack due to the mounted rear tire. Ryan said an extension probably wouldn't be needed but bring the rack and we could test, of course these guys know hitches and an extension was not needed. Requested hitch install on Land Rover Discovery Sport 2017 and was shown user manual for the hitch to be installed. From the pictures it was pretty clear that hitch receiver would come out under the bumper and bumper would not be cut. To my surprise the bumper was cut. It does not look great. It's a different experience to be a woman and get things done to your car. Sometimes people treat women like idiots and try to sell all kinds of useless crap, but that was NOT the case here! This was the best customer experience I can recall ever having. Master Hitch was recommended to me by the Volkswagen Autobarn and I'm SO glad I went. I showed up Friday before Memorial Day 40 minutes before they close. Tom was SO friendly and delighted to take care of me. He called me by my name as if we were bffs (not in a creepy way). They installed the hitch on my VW Tiguan in 15 minutes. Tom showed me bike racks because that's what I will be using the hitch for, and he never tried to sell me, never hovered, never made me feel stupid for not knowing some stuff. These guys are pros. They know so much and are very careful and polite too. If you do not know what you need - they will tell you and give you alternatives. Zero pressure and lots of good and safety suggestions on trailering. I know many of the high end car sellers (Porsche, BMW, MB etc) refer their SUV clients there because they know these guys know what they are doing. Beware of going to some local rookie with no skills and a power drill. If you are a DIY type - I suggest you want to use these guys because hauling a trailer is a serious business and you do not want to end up roadside with a busted trailer and/or tow vehicle because your hitch is not installed correctly.
