They were super professional and helped my wife and I choose a lighter and more modern finish. The crew was a father and son team (John and Ryan) who careful not to mark up and of the trim and made my old floor look new and modern again. They used some kind of vacuum system that kept the dust to a minimum so we had little cleanup (aka dusting ;) after they were done. The pricing was very reasonable. Hardwood floors had not been done in 25 years. Heritage Hardwood was able to come in and do the job quickly. The owner, Bill, came out to do the estimate the day after we called. The crew was in the next day. Bill was very clear in the estimate, including a "not to exceed" price for repairs. Not only was the estimate honored, the repairs were less than the worst case so the whole job was less than the estimate. That's refreshing honesty. All stains repaired and the whole floor sanded and finished. Looks like brand new. They used great dust collection equipment with power and hand sanding and we found NO sawdust anywhere. Multi day job (of course) and on-time each day. Outstanding craftsmen. Highly recommended.
