They never arrived and provided no advance notice that they would miss the appointment. We tried calling and received no response until after the scheduled appointment time had passed. Can't comment on their workmanship because they never arrived. But our experience with their reliability, communication, and customer service was terrible. If you value your time and professionalism, I would strongly recommend choosing another company.

Since it was getting close to the end of the day, we opted to end the appointment. Since they were not able to solve my problem despite an hour work, they opted to not charge me for the service. I appreciated their professionalism during the first few projects. Unfortunately, my most recent service--the most expensive one--left me disappointed. After the work was completed, I noticed that one breaker on my panel was missing a label. When I asked Caio, the owner, about it, I was told that they could not identify it during testing and that it might be connected to a hidden outlet. I was advised to turn the breaker off for several hours, or even a day, and see what stops working. When I asked what the old panel had listed for that breaker, I was told there was no label. As a customer who paid on time and in full, I expected better accountability. Since all of the wiring was stripped and reconnected during the panel replacement, I believe identifying and properly labeling the circuits should have been part of the job. The lack of ownership and follow-through was frustrating. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this service moving forward.
